Dear Kyle

The Battle of San Fransisco is over and we...lost.
We 27,000 soldiers and they lost only 18,500 soldiers. It was so bad that they were writing their names on their uniforms like they did in the American Civil War, which was kinda stupid when you realize that fingerprints and DNA data systems could figure who you are. I just never realize the horrors of being a soldier in such a bloody war is like. Death is just around the corner and watching your next step will it be a stride or a slip into the dark nightmare that is death.
I just hope I can keep my stride.

Leo
