"Alright, the kids are being held in the City of the Dead until we bring them through the Quarter to St. Anne's Church. Now, meanwhile, Vincent is holding a meeting with a few humans in-the-know. The ones who have been...reluctant to fall in line with his new leadership," Aiden said as everyone except Hayley (who was with the other vampires) was forming a plan.
"He's going to use the children to kill any opposition," Elijah replied, stunned.
Aiden nodded. "Activate their curse, send a message to anyone who's thinking about going against him. It's two birds, one... bloodbath."
"Okay, so, we'll hit them while the kids are on the move," said Marcel.
"Aiden, make certain you and Oliver escort the children. We'll handle the rest," Elijah said.
"Wait, wait, wait, wait-- Esther and her psycho son are already giving me the stink-eye. If these kids go missing on my watch, I'm as good as dead," Oliver replied.
"And, we're supposed to care, why?" Keira asked. Oliver glared at her.
"You wanted to help your people and make amends for the past. This is your chance," Elijah said.
Later on, Elijah and Keira were waiting for Oliver when he came.
"Where are they?" Elijah asked.
"They took the tunnels. They should be right behind... or, below me," Oliver replied. "Any minute now."
The three suddenly heard a noise.
"Here we go. About time."
Suddenly, about fifty werewolves. "Don't bother trying to run. We've got you surrounded," said one of them."
"What, you don't think that we would be dumb enough to bring 'em here, do you?" Oliver asked, laughing.
"Yes, I so do apologize for any inconvenience. The little ones you seek are elsewhere," Elijah smiled. "Which, I suppose, leaves you here with me."
"You're the ones that don't seem to understand! We're not looking for the kids. The witch wants you," another wolf said. Elijah took off his jacket.
"Listen to me very carefully-- I told a good friend that I'd do my very best to spare the lives of her people. You leave right now? I will honor that," he smiled patronizingly. "Stay, and the situation becomes irrefutably awkward."
Elijah turned to Oliver, who looked annoyed when the other wolves prepared to fight.
"Very well," Elijah said, turning to Oliver. "You should probably leave."
Oliver took a battle stance as Elijah threw his jacket to the side. "Either I'm in, or I'm out, right?"
Elijah nodded in understanding, before the wolves all charged.
"Oh, for gods sake," Keira said, thrusting out her hands. All of the wolves were frozen in place, and she took a deep breathe, closing her eyes. "Mortuus."
All of the wolves began to bleed from their eyes, noses, and mouths, screaming in pain. Keira looked up, and moved her hands into the Mikaelson pose, smirking.
"Have fun," she said as all of the wolves fell to the ground, dead. "dying painfully."
Suddenly, Elijah screamed in pain, falling to his knees.
"Elijah?" his sister asked, kneeling beside him. "What's wrong?"
"Ah, dear siblings," Finn emerged from behind the building. "You might have taken out my wolves, but I'm just getting started."
