Cami was inside her deceased Uncle Kieran's, one of Keira's sires who she was forced to kill, magical dark object attic, peering through a book. Her eyes widened in shock when she found Vincent Griffith, just as Keira proved she was still a vampire at heart and appeared behind her.

"I remember most of these objects," she said, surprising Cami, who turned in shock. Keira smirked. "My brother and I are the ones who taught the New Orleans witches how to kill them."

"Keira!" Cami exclaimed.

"I bet you want a new adviser right about now," Keira said. Vincent/Finn had been posing as Cami's counselor to get closer to Klaus.

"Who is he, Keira? I mean really."

"Long story short is... impossible."

"I checked the school website. Vincent Griffith has no other academic credentials. And, according to my Uncle Kieran's big book of New Orleans's bloodlines, Griffith is a family of witches."

"Oh, it's worse than that. Your therapist has a thousand and... thirty-six, if I'm correct, year old dead vampire inside of him named... Finn Mikaelson. My eldest brother."

"My adviser is your brother? Oh God, Marcel! He came into Rousseau's today, asking questions about Klaus, and ordered my favorite drink like he's been watching me. Why?"

Keira shrugged. "Probably to get the scoop on Niklaus. Or, maybe to use you as bait for a trap. I don't know. It doesn't matter. Either way, you're done with him."

Cami looked determined, and unrealistically angry. "No. I'm just getting started."

Marcel appeared in the apartment as well. "So, what- you're gonna spy on a witch with a thousand-year-old grudge-match against Klaus? Huh-uh. I'm not gonna let you go anywhere near that guy!"

"Well," Keira said. "Actually-"

"Whenever you start with 'well, actually', you end up giving us completely unnecessarily negative information, so please don't."

"-he has a thousand-year-old-grudge against all of us-"

"I can handle myself," Cami said, picking up a small dagger from the bookshelf.

Marcel sighed. "Look. Okay, I get it. You're mad at the guy, and you wanna get even, so-"

"It's not about getting even, Marcel! Look around! Everything in this room, this is my family's legacy. And, if I had just embraced it the first time around, I could have uncovered Francesca Guerrera's secret. And, the wolves would have never taken over the Quarter, and Klaus' baby would still be alive, so don't tell me to not get involved!"

Keira looked down, of course knowing Klaus's baby was still alive, and her phone rang. "Hold that thought," she said, walking across the room and accepting a call from Hayley. "Tell me you have your Alpha."

"He's out of commission, but I got the next best thing. I'm assuming you have a plan to keep Finn occupied?"

"Yeah... Yeah, I think I might have an idea," she said, looking at Marcel and Cami. She hung up, and Cami looked between the witch and vampire in surprise.

Later on, Cami walked back into the bar with Finn. A few minutes later, Marcel and Gia suddenly looked panicked.

"Um, excuse me?" Keira asked. "Not a vampire anymore, no super hearing? The bloody hell's going on?"

Marcel walked up to the restaurant back door, when a werewolf appeared behind him.

"You must be lost. Vampires caught in the Quarter are to be killed on sight," he said.

Marcel stepped in front of Gia. "Go. Run. As fast as you can."

Gia disappeared as Marcel braced for a fight.

"Stay back," he told Keira, who rolled her eyes. Marcel and the werewolf started to fight. He grabbed a large pipe off the building and whacked the werewolf, before whacking him in the stomach.

"Motus," Keira muttered, sending the wolf flying back a few feet. Marcel stared at her, and she shrugged. "What? I'm staying back!"

The werewolf lunged at Marcel again, grabbing him b the shirt. Marcel tried to gouge out his eyes with his thumbs, and, aware of the Esther-made moonlight ring on his finger, Keira started chanting.

"Phasmatos virtus solve fasciculos adalligatum, phasmatos virtus solve fasciculos adalligatum, phasmatos virtus solve fasciculos adalligatum," she said.

Expecting his bite to be fatal, the werewolf bit Marcel on the wrist as Keira continued.

"Motus!" she said again, sending the werewolf back again and hitting his head on a wall, making him temporarily stunned. Her nose was bleeding, but Marcel was fine. Keira put her hand out, and the werewolf gasped, and with a sharp twist, his heart came flying out of his chest. With a sigh, Keira wiped blood off from under her nose and examined the heart.

"Huh," Marcel said, impressed.

"You know, I'm not sure which is more fun- heart extractions as a vampire, or heart extractions as a witch," the witch replied, throwing the heart down on the floor and looking at Marcel. "Let's go."

"Where to?" Marcel asked. Gia then walked back into the alleyway, her neck bleeding with two puncture holes.

"One of the wolves bit me when I left," she said.

"Ok," Keira replied. "To the Marcel Loft we go!"

Later on, at Marcel's loft, Gia drank one of Marcel's vials of Klaus's blood.

"You sure this is gonna work?" she asked.

"Klaus's blood is the only cure for a werewolf bite. Thing is, I'm running low, so new rule- don't get bit," Marcel replied. Keira crossed her arms.

"It's ok, I'll get more."

Marcel's phone rang. It was Cami, and he answered, turning away from the girls. "Hey, you ok?" he asked.

"Yeah. To be honest, not the worst date I've had in this city," she replied.

"Yeah, it seemed like you had him wrapped around your finger by the time I left."

"More than that. Vincent, Finn, whoever he is, I think he likes me."

Keira sighed from behind Marcel. "Yeah, I'm not sure that's a good thing."

"Don't you get it? I'm his blind spot! If he's distracted, he's vulnerable, which means I can help take him down!" Cami said. Marcel sighed uneasily and hung up.

Keira checked her own phone. "Nik got Elijah. I have to go," she said. Marcel nodded, and she left.
