𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 1 - 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞.

Being a 20 and 21 year old who technically didn't finish their education meant that Keith and Lance still had to learn somewhere, due to their age it had to be college. The two have moved to a new town that is hours away from the old one which has been so nice for them, its a peaceful place where almost everyone know's everyone - their house is a decent size for them both and its on a street filled with lovely neighbour's.

Another great thing that has happened to them is that Keith hasn't needed to kill anybody since all those years ago and his sanity has returned to normal slowly so now he is happier and less held down by his love for Lance. Even if something were to happen it would take a while for him to snap like he used to because he's less jealous, less possessive, stronger mentally. Lance is still a flirty asshole but he doesn't use that to get his boyfriend riled up like before because their happy now and they only have eyes for one another so why would he need to flirt with others anyway?.

They have stayed away from making friends though because of what happened to Anna..what if the past repeated itself?, it was a scary thing to even think about so they decided all they needed was themselves. A few people at college liked them - complimented how perfect they were together and it was amazing to hear since it gives you a good impression of the people you will be around until you hopefully graduate.

Thats what they were thinking to do, get a good education now and restart their life in this new place. Lance already has a job as a waiter at a café that he only goes to on weekends  ((friday - to sunday) and he works his ass off for the money since being a waiter doesn't exactly constantly rack up the cash.   Keith stays home to do the work there like keeping everything organised or buying food that they're in need of, then their free time is spent doing things together like every couple does.

For example they go to the gym to work out together since it makes them happy. Basically they have just moved on to doing things that them feel good.

College isn't so bad, sure, some lectures are boring as fuck but it really isn't that bad.  Class assignment's or group project's were simple as to not stress the student's out, people are easy to get a long with, its really refreshing to experience a non-toxic environment - of course there was most likely rude people here but there is in every place so its normal but the only difference was that they didn't take it out on random people.

All of these thoughts were what kept Lance up at night since he can't exactly believe how he's here today and happy, he isn't in a forest somewhere to hide from police..he can't believe his and Keiths live's took a turn for the better. Sometimes he thought about the future and if there would a repeat of what happened, he hoped not, he can't go do that again, he isn't a stupid 16 year old anymore.

Gosh its 3am and he hasn't slept since the moment he got into bed whilst Keith knocked out as soon as he hit the pillow. - he thought it was cute: Keith was always cute when he slept, his face looked at peace, his hair was a tangled mess against the pillow and theres drool slightly escaping his lip. Lance smiled at his boyfriend before closing his own heavy eyes to let sleep take him away to a land of fantasy.

Keith groaned as he opened his eyes to see sunlight all over the room., Summer sucked. Its hot, its sweaty and makes him feel sick every so often when he's outside too long but maybe he just isn't used to it? ugh it didn't matter, he just hated going to college in the summer. It was only 2 hours before he and Lance had to be there so while about 40 minutes passed he let Lance sleep soundly in arms, when he nudged him awake though the brunette grumbled before shoving his face even deeper into Keith's shirt.

"Lance cmon get up." He stroked through the boys curls
"Noo." was muttered into his chest
"We have college soon my love so we need to get up."
"I said no"
Keith rolled his eyes and got out of bed then he went over to Lance's side and lifted him up like a bride which woke him up almost instantly.
"Babe what the hell! put me down!-"
"If i do then promise you wont go back to sleep."
......
He thought about it and then shrugged before starting on breakfast. Today was gonna be a good one, he could tell just by the way he was woken up and by the way the sun fell in delicately from outside to blanket its soft golden rays all over the place - he left the bacon to kiss Keith and he could tell by the way the man smiled softly after, today must defiantly be a good day.

The pair made it to just barely on time.
and that usually only happens after they'd had some fun then night-before. The type of fun which leaves bites or hickies down your neck but it wasn't anything like that now right now,  they purely took too long to do everything they wanted to in the morning..and this is why they couldn't stay in the dorms here, it was strict and they didn't like it in the slightest. Their day continued smoothly:

Their lectures weren't as boring, almost every room has air conditioning and they've done really well on test's lately so yeah. College wasn't at all bad and has provided them with so much more happiness that's unbelievable. Keith and Lance have their fresh start.
