"...Steve." Y/N said apprehensively.

Eddie stood shocked and completely and utterly flabbergasted at the sound of his frenemy's name.

He didn't know Steve as well as he's younger friend, Dustin did. But he did know that he was the better choice for Y/N.

Their personality and their mannerisms matched with Steve's so perfectly. Much like the Yin and Yang symbol.

Steve on the other hand was shocked but it was more of a surprised look. All though he couldn't help but feel an ounce of sadness for the long-haired, Hellfire Shirt wearing boy.

Harrington then walked up to Y/N. Gave them a tight hug as if they'd vanish into the depths of the Upside Down. Y/N didn't hug back though. They kept looking at Eddie over Steve's bare shoulder.

"You okay?" Steve's said. And Y/N didn't really hear. Until they woke up from their 'Munson' induced trance. They then whispered a 'yeah' then walked up to Eddie to was looking at them for a mere second and then briskly yet cautiously looked away.

"Eddie, look at me." It didn't take him long but he looked at you slowly. Looking visibly upset. And like he she'd a few tears. "I'm sorry, Eddie."

"Eddie I wish-"

"It's okie. It's fine. At least I can prove myself." He said more too himself really.

I gave him one last hug before he said.

"I'm not gonna run..."
