Chapter 5: Daddy

Aida stares at Liza with a blank face. He was unable to comprehend this situation, more like, he didn't want to. He takes a deep breath closing his eyes to calm his shit down. He opens his eyes again and he could only see the door shutting. 

That was...not a dream.

Liza who was sure she wouldn't mind these sort of little things was totally minding them. She rushes to her room blindly, opening every door just to find empty ones. Finally, she finds a room that was furnished and decorated. 

She assumed it was her room.

Without having a look or looking elsewhere, her eyes landed on the bed. She walks over and falls on the bed which was soft and fluffy, giving her a sense of comfort in themselves. She grabs a pillow that was placed on the side. Placing the pillow right in front of her face, she stares blankly at it for two seconds.

Then she buries her head into it and screams.

God damn it! Why do I care?

Meanwhile...

Aida who was drinking water after having a disturbing day freezes as he hears noises from next door. Normally, he was the type to go and yell and complain on and on about it until they stop but this time he wasn't able to. 

He was not able to move, his body was not willing to. He sighs as he makes a disgusted face accepting the fact, "My new neighbor is loud...Guess, I can do nothing."

The next day Liza enters the school with gazes that were shot at her up and down, from left and right. They were mostly intended for her and...Aida. He had been stalking her since morning.

Earlier,

Liza opens her door and locks it. Turning around still in a sleepy head she runs into something. It didn't hurt but it was hard, as a rock. She thought she had run into a wall only until she looks up to find a familiar face.

Her face flushes and so does the others. They each take two steps back and turn around. Aida whispers in a low tone, "Mornin'..." still facing the other way.

He gets no response so he tries to take a few glances and gives up seeing nothing. Liza had already left in a hurry, she did not want to face this bastard early in the morning.

But sure enough, the athletic villain was able to catch up pretty quick. "Morning..." Liza mummers realizing the presence of the other. It would be rude not to greet someone when they greeted first.

"Mornin'...meow~" Aida gets back to his teasing tone forgetting the emotions that had overtaken the best of him earlier. Liza stops at her place, taking no step further or making any movements. She makes a disgusted face and turns around, "Cringy..." She speaks and hurries down the stairs.

Liza's thoughts: This is totally not it.

Aida's thoughts: Did...Did I upset her? I was just having fun.

Liza's thoughts: This is nothing like the game. Why the heck is he giving me attention?

Liza was walking slowly like she always does but this time Aida had chosen to walk slow. Aida was matching her steps playfully and he had no idea when he reached school. 

Now,

Both of these popular bodies sit in their respective places, one placing her head on the desk and falling asleep in an instant and the other looking at her deskmate which filled him with a certain curiosity he couldn't let go of.

The rest of the day went by peacefully with none of them having to speak with each other. Liza did not go to the rooftop stairs to sleep today since she was afraid of missing classes and getting scolded. 

Meanwhile,

Kyun tilts his head and stares from a distance at his 'comfy home'. After some observation, he clicks his tongue and starts approaching his place. "Tsk, she's not coming here today...I guess."

Liza opens her eyes and it was already time to leave. Packing her bag and the rest of her stuff, she leaves behind Aida who had intentions of stalking her gain. 

Liza didn't like getting attention. She's not like him.

Liza tried to escape but was captured by Aida again. He had his gaze locked on her and walked on tiptoes to startle her. He'd love to see her get freaked out.

He silently reaches behind her and touches her on her back making a loud and sudden voice. "Fuck!" Liza curses screaming gaining attention from the nearby students which were not her intention. She stares at the boy who was silently laughing and about to almost fall off laughing.

"My princess?" A voice calls out gaining both the student's attention. "Daddy?" Liza answers approaching her dad and giving a hug to him. 

"Dad? What brings you here?" Aida calls out to the man who was standing beside Liza's father. "Oh, I see you're here too. Do you guys know each other?" The man asks both of the students staring at both of them consecutively.

Liza nods no.

Aida nods yes.

"We're here to talk some important matter to you guys..." Liza's father explains his part.
