I don't use this now, but I did when I was in elementary.

It helped me get my body heights right. Since I majorly suck at it (Look at my Flashbacks Gr. 4-6)

Even though this isn't need to me anymore, I was thinking I could share this technique with you guys! Since it's easy.

You can also use this to some other positions, remember that each box needs to have a specific size, cuz if it's too big it would fall apart! ^o^

Please note each box and circle helps everything! the neck, the hips, the butt (*hides laughter*), the legs and even the bust!
