Lucy and Tim walked in to the station togather still processing wHAT HAPPEND THE NIGHT BEFORE consemplting if that kiss was for 'work' or personal alsothougj both of them are in relationships they seem to be some bond with them . as they walk into the roll call room they start to work on their backstory more sit adding tiny details such as were they worked , lived and there family . later that day Tim got a call and their mission was on they were told to do a drive by shoot at some low life drug dealers who being stealing their supply obviously Tim and Lucy are cops there got going to kill someone or harm for that matter so grey arranges for them to 'kill' a cop instead and see if that gets them on the bosses good side by posing the 'cop' as the low life drug dealer .
during this whole situation Lucy and Tim have barley spoken about anything over then the case ,leading Nyla to get sus about whats going on with them and their handler she needs to know anything that might affect thier op .so she asks Lucy whats up ? she says nothing much that's tim and I kissed last night you know preparing for work . Nyla goes okay if you say so but you gotta keep your head in the games this is life or death operation and I dint you guys getting hurt under my watch .
the little covert operation goes by without a hit news of a dead cop in a drive by hits the news making the boss think dim and juicy are the real deal . wanting them to stay as full time employee of his as hitmen .
