It was Monday morning when I woke up to the sounds of giggles and chuckles. I slowly opened my eyes to see future me and my mom standing in the kitchen.

"Good morning! How are you feeling? You seemed fine last night. I'm keeping you home from school today." My mom sounded like a happy toad.

"Um." I pointed to future me.

"We know each other! Wal-mart?" She sounded like she had no clue what had happened on Sunday.

"Yes I do remember but do you?" I asked.

"What are you talking about? I'm the woman who came for you." She looked at me with creepy all black beady eyes. She pulled a knife and ran towards me. My mother had disappeared. Right before she stabbed me my alarm clock went off. Thank god that was a dream! I then got up and checked the time. 7:50! My bus comes at 8:00. I'm screwed.

I rushed into the bathroom brushing my birds nest of hair and put my head band in. It was my lucky head band I wore it because we had a 10 page math test,a 1,500 word essay due by 5th period and I had to run 3 miles for fitness testing in gym. Sounds exciting. Yay. 7:58. I'm dressed in a black tee shirt and a pair of Bermuda jean shorts and black converse, and of course my neon green good luck head band. I ran out of my room down the hall and out the front door.7:59. I'm now sprinting down the littered side walk, I can see my bus stop where my best friend Gina is running towards me.

We catch each other in the middle and walk the next 10 feet to the bus stop. 8:00. Wow, perfect timing.
