"(Y/n)!" I hear Mike's voice from my walkie that rest at the corner of my desk, as I'm working on an essay for my english class that night. "(Y/n), do you copy?"

Placing down my pencil, I reach across the table and click on the radio. "Hey Mike, I copy."

"So," He begins, sighing before placing his hand on his forehead. "I know your dad said not to go out, but we need help finding Will. Can you bike over to my house?"

"Yes," I say, clicking on the radio. "I'll be there soon and I won't tell my dad."

Grabbing my extra backpack, I shove my walkie in along with a small hand gun my dad gave me when I was younger. Rushing out of the house, I hop on my bike, petaling as fast as I could to the Wheelers house.

Pressing the breaks, I stop at the edge of the driveway, seeing Mike make his way out of the house, stopping as he sees Steve try and climb his way up to Nancy's room.

Steve shifts his attention from Mike to me as he gives me a small wave while I flip him off in return.

Mike makes his way to the edge of the driveway, rolling his eyes at Steve. "I'm not the biggest fan of him right now."

"Believe me," I say, nodding my head in agreement. "I'm not a fan either."

Dustin and Lucas reach the house and the four of us make our way down to the forest where Will had disappeared.

We stop our bikes in front of a post that had blocked anyone off from going into the forest.

Dustin lets out a loud sigh as the distant sound of thunder rumbling could be heard. Mike, Lucas and I climb off our bikes as Dustin looks up at the sky. "Hey, guys. You feel that?"

"I think maybe we should go back." Dustin says as a raindrop fell on his face, wiping it off while looking at the group.

"No." Mike says. "We're not going back."

"Just stay close." I nod, patting him on the back. "Come on."

"Stay on channel six." Mike says as the three of us pull the rope and climb under it. "Don't do anything stupid."

Mike, Lucas and I begun to walk further into the woods, the thunder getting louder as we all clicked on our flashlights.

The crunch of leaves could be heard from behind us as Dustin makes his way over to the small group. "Hey guys, wait up! Wait up!"

The rain began to come down heavier as I pulled up my hood to keep myself somewhat shielded from the rain. The wind picking up as we made our way further into the forest.

"Will!" Mike shouted as we continue walking. "Will!"

"Byers!" Lucas shouted.

"Will!" I shout. "Where are you?"

"I've got your X-Men 134!" Dustin yelled. "Guys I really think we should turn back."

Lucas rolled his eyes as he looked over at the curly haired boy. "Seriously, Dustin. You wanna be a baby, then go home already."

"I'm just being realistic, Lucas!" Dustin defended, looking at his friend.

"No, you're just being a big sissy!" Lucas snapped.

Sighing, I clutched my flashlight tighter, not wanting to hear any more of this argument.

"Did you ever think that Will went missing because he ran into something bad?" Dustin asked loudly. "And we're going to the exact same spot where he was last seen? And we have no weapons or anything. Well, maybe (Y/n) does but that's it."
