i woke up early than usual because i was having cramps which was usual so i decided to make breakfast. i took a bath and and decided to wear a saree so, i wear a plane blue saree with golden border and wore a matching blouse with it and decided to leave my hair open so they can naturally dry.
i leave my room silently so i don't disturb prateek's sleep, when i reatch kitchen i saw mumma was already there with some maids who was helping her. "that's not fair today i thought to surprise you with breakfast but you are already here" i said with a pout,
"sorry baccha but you tell me how are you going to make breakfast with that cast on you hand" she asked,
"ohh i totally forget about that but still you should rest mumma" i told her,
she just shook her head and smile "i will rest later but now yo rest because u needed it and why do you wake up early i told you to sleep late like my other daughters" she said,
"i wake up early because i was having period cramps" i replied,
"then what are you doing here if you are having cramps go and rest" she said worriedly
"its ok mumma i get these every time and its just mild cramps" i try to tell her but she pushed me out of the kitchen and told me to rest. now i am on my way to my room and then i remember why not hang out with neha but no neha because she is gonna tease me and i will start blushing again and i am not in the mood to blush.
so i go to our rooms balcony and start reading a novel while sitting on the couch there, but the pain got intense so i put the novel aside and got into more comfortable position while holding my stomach. after sometime i decided to go back and see if mummy need any help because i am getting bored, but she don't let me help but we talked about random things and now she is telling me about prateek's childhood.
"you know he was so naughty in childhood, one time he put glue on his teacher chair then he wasn't able to get up for hours" she told me,
"really i thought of him as some serious type of child" i said,
" i know he was naughty till he joined the work after that he became serious and rarely jokes and lost his goofy attitude " she said sadly,
before i could say anything prateek come and asked what are we talking about and maa replied that she is telling me about his childhood and he groaned in embarrassment, "maa please you always tell people about my childhood stories that embarrass me" he said. mummy just laughed it off then we have our breakfast after everyone come. "bhabhi whem will your cast get removed" neha asked, "tomorrow" i replied.
after something prateek left for office and everyone also left for there respective work place and daadu went meet his friend only leaving me behind,so now i am watching Annabelle. and let me tell you i can't watch horror movies that to alone but stupid decide to watch it, i feel sad when there dog died what i am animal lover i cried when my pet rat died when i was small, yes i had a white rat as pet when i was small so don't judge me.
when the movie end i was scared as hell and there is no one so i am more scared, then i call maa and talked with her and i don't tell her about watching horror movie because i know that she will scolde for sure. soon everyone come from there work but prateek, he will come late due to some meeting he have tomorrow. then we had our dinner and all went to there rooms to rest amd i to went to mine because whose gonna stay in living room because what if some ghost come out of nowhere and decide to kill me there, ohh kittu stop thinking about it and think about some happy and loving things. "think about about yourself or look in mirror this will make u laugh because you look like a joker" my subconscious said, "we are same person if i look like one then you too look like one" i replied, "atleast you agreed that you look like one" she replied, that make me annoyed and i decided to ignore her and start to read some random book.
when i was reading i fell some movement in the background but decided to ignore it but also felt a little scared, then again start to read my book then after sometime i again feel some movement so decide to turn amd look what's wrong, when i look i saw a shadow moving in the closet which me scram, "aaaaaaaaaaaaa bhoot help me" i started screaming and then suddenly that shadow or ghost started to come towards me so moved backward amd closed my eyes thinking this is my end byy byy people see you in heaven, "who said you are going to heaven you are going to hell i am sure" my subconscious said, "yeah because of you i am going to hell" i replied, so see you in hell.
someone put their hand on my shoulder which make me scream again and tear start to form in my eyes, then "kratika its me not some ghost open your eyes" someone said, but i don't open my eyes, then one voice said again to open my eyes so this time i open my eyes and see that prateek was standing in front of me and he is holding is lough and looking at me amused. "you thought i am some ghost" he said controlling his lough, "you are making fun of me" i said getting emotional blame it on my periods, "no i am not making fun of you, come here" he said and hugged me. i felt safe in his embrace and we hugged idk for how long then i asked him when did he come, he replied just now and he was changing and i thought of him as some ghost.
then we went to bed as he already had his dinner in office, we were laying on our respective sides od the bed but i can't sleep because i am scared so i am now thinking to hold his hand or not, then suddenly a hand come and pulled me backwards so now i am cuddling with him. "now tell me what happened why are you not sleeping" he asked, "i watched some movie today" i replied, "which movie" he asked, "Annabelle" i replied. "so my wife is afraid of horror movies" he said teasing me, "don't tease me about it" i whined. then after him teasing me for soem more time and we whining, we slept.
today finally my cast will be removed and i can finally join my work, so i am on my way to hospital to get it removed them i will go to prateek's office to give him his lunch because he don't even eat breakfast today. i am wearing simple which kurta set with some earrings and and a bracelet and no makeup just some nude lipstick and a bindi and my hair opened so they can naturally dry.

now i am finally free from this cast, i decided to talk some of my colleagues as i haven't come here from almost a month and there is still time for lunch, i met everyone and they congratulate me for my wedding and just some talk about cases and all.
i just reach his office, "where is mr. jain's office" i asked the receptionist who is again wearing clothes like cliche wattpad receptionists but i don't judge her because its her choice, "do you have an appointment" she asked without even looking at me, now thats rude "no.." i replied, and she don't even let me finish my sentence and said " i can't tell you if you don't have appointment sir don't meet everyone like u people" and waved off at me to go from there that make me angry and i was about to give her a peice of mind and then suddenly prateek's assistant Aman come and greet me "hello mam how are you", "hii i am good what about you" i replied, " i m great what are you doing here sir don't inform me you are coming" he replied, "ohh i want to surprise him and receptionist is not telling me where is his cabin" i said, "ohh don't worry i will take you to his cabin" he said while glaring at that receptionist.
