Another 'Life', Another Chance {IDOLiSH7 Fanfic}

Epilogue

Strolling down the street, the adult didn't really have much to do. Being a manager of an idol group that is currently on hiatus, Utsugi Shiro didn't have much work. Sure there's still other things to do back at the office but he had already finished them ages ago.

The streets are quiet and calming, making him feel a little lonely. The night wind howled, blowing a breeze towards him. Despite only working for them for a few months, he still missed the idols he was working with. For the four of them to all go on hiatus was quiet a bit of surprise to him, but he didn't want to over step any boundaries and pry into their privacy.

Sighing, he looked up at the sky. He wonder how the boys were doing. His new day to day life started getting bored quickly, he wished he could have a friend to hangout with. Looking back onto the street, he contined on his stroll. Out of the corner of his eyes, he saw someone lying on the sidewalk unconscious.

Approaching the figure, he felt that he had seen that face before but he couldn't put his finger on it. It is worrying seeing someone alone and unconscious so late at night, not to mention seems to be unwell too.

With time to kill, Shiro kindly carried that person to the hospital and waited for them to awaken, hoping to get an interesting story in return.

Tenn had locked himself him his room every since that day, rolled up in his blanket. Since Sousuke had already predicted this happening, he had arranged so that TRIGGER had a week off of work. He never even got to see his brother's body one last time. The teen could hear a knock on his door however he had ignored it like how he did with all the other knocks from before. Gaku and Ryuu were let into the Kujo estate by Aya as Takamasa hasn't returned from overseas, so they has been coming over everyday to make sure the teen doesn't fall ill.

He had thought the knocking on the door would be either of his two group mates, however after the third knock, the other person from the other side of the door grew tired of waiting, "Kujo, it's me, Nikaido Yamato. Please open up before I forcefully open in door."

Tenn could honestly care less who was outside that door. He knew that this wouldn't be what Riku would want him to be like but he just didn't have the energy to move on.

After a few seconds of silence again, Yamato spoke up, "Open up. It's about Riku."

Hearing that name, Tenn unwrap himself from his blanket and finally opened up the door. There in fron of him is the one and only Nikaido Yamato. He could see that both Gaku and Ryuu are in living room, taking to Mitsuki and Nagi. What caught his interest the most is that the two idols are holding a letter each.

His attention eventually drew back to Yamato, "What about Riku?"

Yamato reached into his blazer pocket, pulling out a letter similar to what he had saw Gaku and Ryuu holding, "This is a letter written by Riku to you. Otoharu-san told us that Riku had wrote all of us a letter each for after he's gone," he explained.

Tenn held the letter. Sure enough, 'Tenn-nii' was on the front with Riku's hand writting. Tears began to flow down Tenn's cheeks, his heart still hurting.

Inside was a heartwarming message from Riku, telling him to move on and continue singing for his fans; and that he is sorry for not telling him the truth. Flipping over the page, Tenn and everyone else who had received a letter noticed a foreign hand writing at the end of the page:

'Your paths will surely cross again. Let fate bring you all together'

Ainana... or just the six of them now, were asked by Otoharu what they're planning to do now.

None of them really had a plan and so he proposed for them to continue working under him, but this time as idols. There was of course a mixed reaction. For those who are passionate about music like Mitsuki and Sogo, they liked the idea. Tamaki has reunited with Aya so being on television isn't his priority anymore. However, after learning she is also being trained to be an idol, Tamaki too was on board with the idea. Iori will always support his brother so he didn't object. Nagi too didn't refuse the offer as he would like to try something new too. Maybe then he could learn more about the Japanese culture and see the true beauty of Japan as his mother described it to him. Lastly, Yamato was on the fence. However, seeing everyone walk on a new chapter together, he couldn't say no.

With the help of Sousuke sponsoring, Takanashi productions has been created and a month of hard work, they'll soon debut with the name IDOLiSH7. Why? IDOLiSH7 is a longer and more proper name for ainana. Ainana was their past and now IDOLiSH7 is their future. Never forgetting their beloved ace, the name wasn't changed and the position of center remains empty. 

As they're debut come to a closure, they thanked the audience one last time before exiting stage. Waving their hands and saying goodbye, the six walked towards backstage, leaving the public eye. Just before they got off stage, Yamato's eyes caught a glimpse of a familiar face smiling brightly while taking down notes on a note book. Huh? Was it just his imagination or... No, I couldn't have been. He shook his head and told himself that he is no longer with them.

Er... hi? Sorry if this story seems short. However, there's new twists and mysteries thrown into the epilogue. However, I feel like the continuation will be stepping away from this 'other world' and so I decided to continue this in a sequal! Besides, isn't having 7 chapters (not including prologue and epilogue) a great place to end it lol.

Of course the magic elements will still be incorporated so please look forwards to it (^^) Until any further announcement, there will not be a definite date when it will start posting but I can guarantee that the planing has started.

Originally, Riku was suppose to die and the story would end there, but I felt like there's so much still unknown like everyone else's reasons for being helped by Otoharu, why Sousuke helped etc. so I wanted to expand on it more.

As those who are reading this book as the chapters get updated, I'm sure you've noticed how quick they are, and that's because it's already pre written. I know the feeling of waiting for a book to update so I wanted to update daily!
