Ryujin's POV

"Hey," I don't know what's gotten into me that i talked to the girl in a beanie.

She gave me a "what" look.

"I saw what you did back there." she seemed more confused.

"You--the vodka...I-" i couldn't focus with her staring at me intensely.

She slowly walked towards me making me gulp and i couldn't take my eyes off her. She has this pink highlight on her wavy hair, feline eyes, pretty mole on her nose and heart-shaped lips.

"Mind your own business, pretty girl." she said and i was more stunned.

She just called me what?

"Ryujin!" thank Chaeryeong i got back to earth.

I gave her the water bottle i got so she could pay for it. I saw the girl leaving the store and she really haven't paid for that alcohol. I guess i have no choice.

The cashier and my friends were all in shock after i went back in and put a 200 bill on the counter.

"Merry Christmas?" i greeted awkwardly.

Lia immediately pulled me out of there before i could embarrass us more. Chaeryeong also started driving out.

"Drink your water bitch," Lia said. We're both in the backseat.

"It wasn't a drunk act okay? You saw the girl wearing a white jacket?"

"Oh the cool one with a beanie?!" she excitedly responded.

"Okay. She stole a small vodka. I tried to talk to her but-" but i was stunned seeing how beautiful she is. Of course I can't say that.

"But she didn't listen that's why i was trying to pay for it, and I didn't want to report her because she had a reason for sure,"

"She's even cooler by now!" Chaeryeong exclaimed. "Yep, stealing is bad." she added after Lia glared at her.

"Let's just go home," i told them.

--

We all just ate our breakfast quietly but with the awkward stares of the maids. Dad hasn't spoken to any of us since what happened last night. Beomgyu scolded me when i got home but I don't know what happened between them two.

"I'll see you at school," he said and waved at me.

"I'm suspended dumbass,"

"Oop--sorry!" he said while laughing.

I'll be stuck here at this house doing nothing till the weekends. And i thought this would be fun.

--

Why does it always rains whenever I don't have an umbrella with me? It's almost 6pm and I'm still here at the convenience store waiting for the rain to stop.

I'm just sitting down here eating my waffle watching the rain and the few people and cars passing by. I turned to my left when i felt a figure near me and found a tall girl looking at me.

"Hi, can i sit here?" she asked and i just gave her a nod.

"I like the rain most of the time, and this time isn't it."

Is she trying to have a conversation with me?

"Yeah me too."
