SMG4: SMG4 Gets Sued

[Y/N] and SMG4 were in their room watching the meme SMG4 made. Suddenly [Y/N] notices an envelope slide in from under the door. "Oh, you got mail?" [Y/N] comments. SMG4 notices and gets up. "Apparently so?" SMG4 picks it up only to gasp in horror. [Y/N] felt the fear he had. "SMG4...?" SMG4 screams and runs out of the room. [Y/N] walks over and picks it up to see the Nintendo logo on it. "Oh...fudge.." Suddenly Mario flies through now a broken window onto the floor. [Y/N] turns to look with a jump. "Hello!" Mario smiles. "Mario??" SMG4 runs back in and grabs Mario screaming at Mario to get into the chest. After a fight with Mario he finally was able to close the chest. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. SMG4 quickly pulls [Y/N] behind him was they go back against the wall. "W-what is happening?!" [Y/N] quickly asks again feeling his hand against them. The door slowly opens and soon a monkey stands at the door. He soon walks in with guards by his side. "WHERE IS HE?" the monkey asks. They glance the room to spot SMG4 and [Y/N] against the wall. The monkey gets closer to them. "W-who are you?" [Y/N] asks nervously. "Lawyer Kong, I am looking for Mario!" SMG4 weeps, "Please I-I'm sorry I didn't do it!" Lawyer Kong pulls out a case and begins to open it suddenly Mario falls out of the meme chest. "Ah it smells like poop in there!" Mario says laying on the floor. "MARIO WHAT ARE YOU DOING? HIDE!" SMG4 calls out. Kong smiles, "Mario!! There you are!" Kong walks over to Mario. "We've been searching for you!" Mario looks annoyed sitting up. "Ah... hello lawyer guy.." Kong smiles. "It's been 5 years since Mario Odyssey came out and people have been wanting a new Mario game." Mario looks away. "Working for Nintendo is boring!" Kong's smile fades and quickly pulls out a file. "Do you know what this is?" Kong asked firmly. Mario makes a weird face. "Toilet paper." [Y/N] shakes their head. "No... it isn't." SMG4 looked pale, "It's...It's an Intellectual property contract..." Kong looks over at SMG4 and smiles. "Very good SMG4! I can see you've done your legal research." Kong looks at Mario, "That means we at Nintendo own you and-" before he could finish his sentence Mario kicks Kong down onto the floor and runs. "You'll never take me alive!!!" Mario starts to run. Kong gets up and goes after him with his guards. SMG4 watches them all leave. SMG4 looks at [Y/N] and sighs. "You going to be okay honey?" [Y/N] asks as they put their hand on his shoulder. "I-I'm not sure..." Suddenly they hear commotion happening outside so they follow the sound. SMG4 and [Y/N] walk out to the bridge and look over to Mario surrounded. "SMG4, [Y/N] HELP MEEE!!" [Y/N] looks sad as they glance at SMg4. "Sorry Mario..." SMG4 sinks to the ground holding himself. "Nintendo is the one entity I can't make mad... ooh..." SMG4 covers his face with his hands as [Y/N] sits next to him hold him close. Meggy walks up, "So..." SMG4 and [Y/N] look up to see Meggy looking down at them. "What did Mario do this time?" [Y/N] sighs at looks at Kong as he takes Mario away. "Nintendo has come for him..." [Y/N] says and looks back to SMG4 who gives [Y/N] a hug "Hmm..." Meggy thinks for a moment and then proceeds to follow them. [Y/N] and SMG4 give each other confused looks and went back inside the castle.

SMG4 and [Y/N] been sitting down holding each other for the past hour. Suddenly Meggy walks back in holding Mario up. "Hey I'm back!" SMG4 and [Y/N] look shocked. "Looks like Meggy saved the day again." She tosses Mario on the ground. "Hello!" Mario says and waves. SMG4 screams in horror and throws Mario out the window. [Y/N] looked shocked and peaked out the window. "What's wrong SMG4?" Meggy asks. SMG4 turns to Meggy. "MEGGY DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?! There are powers that be that we shouldn't be messing with!" [Y/N] jumps as Mario peeks over their shoulder. "Very scary.." SMG4, Meggy, Mario and [Y/N] glance at the door as they hear a knock. SMG4 screams and runs and grabs [Y/N] and jumps into his meme chest. "AAH!" [Y/N] yelps. Mario looks at the door again. "Mom?" Meggy puts her hand in front of Mario. "Stay behind me Mario I got this." Meggy walks to the door and opens it to see Kong. "Can I help you?" [Y/N] pops out of the chest. "IT WASN'T SMG4's FAULT PLEASE DONT SUE HIM!" Meggy rolls her eyes. "Calm down [Y/N], nobody is going to be sued." Meggy turns and looks at Kong again. "You better get out before I make you get out!" Kong smirks and hands Meggy a piece of paper. "CEASE AND DESIST!" Suddenly Meggy grows frozen collapsing to the ground. "MEGGY!" [Y/N] calls out. Kong slowly approaches Mario. Mario shakes in fear, "Nooo...." Suddenly Meggy yells out. "OBJECTION!!!" Kong slowly turns back to Meggy who looks like she's moving slightly. "Cease and desist on what grounds?!" Kong looked shocked. "Mushroom Kingdom, act 9 clause 24... For a cease and desist order, a copyright infringement must occur... I'm not violating anything... I'm just hanging out with my friend Mario!!!" Kong takes a step back. "NANI?!?!" Mario gasps, "SO COOL!" Suddenly Meggy rises up breaking the cease and desist. "THATS RIGHT I WENT TO LAW SCHOOL!" Meggy think for a moment. "Well sort of..." Kong suddenly gets angry. Kong throws a case on the ground as Nintendo Ninjas jump out and surround them. One pulls out an rocket and fires at them with an cannon. Meggy, Mario and [Y/N] fall onto the ground. Nintendo Ninjas surround them. Meggy and [Y/N] stand next to each other. "Alright lets go!" [Y/N] grabs Saiko's hammer and has it in hand. "How did you?" Meggy quietly comments. "Ignore that!" Suddenly they began to fight. Working together they defeated the Nintendo Ninjas. Everyone high-fives. "FREEDOM FOR ALL!" [Y/N] holds a mushroom flag up. "WAHOO-" Mario chants but gets interrupted by a whistle. Everyone looks up to see Kong holding a paper up and has a hold of SMG4's arm. "Here I hold an DMCA." Mario and Meggy look surprised. "LET GO OF HIM!" [Y/N] yells. Kong smiles evilly. "What does that mean..?" Mario asks. "It means I got to stop making SMG4 videos and delete the channel..." Meggy gasps the same time as [Y/N] Kong jumps down with SMG4 and smiles wickedly. "Come with me before I use this." Kong says. Mario sighs heavily. "It's fine guys, I'll go." Kong lets go of SMG4 as [Y/N] runs to him into his arms in a embrace. "I'll see you all soon..." Mario turns to leave with Kong before stopping to look back at everyone. Suddenly Miyamoto bursts into the room knocking the doors down hitting Kong. "Kong there you are!" He waves his arms in the air. "O-oh hello sir I just got Mario and-" Soon interrupted. "What? Nevermind that!" Miyamoto runs outside with Kong and points at Luigi. "LOOOOOK!" He shouts. Kong looks afar. Miyamoto runs to Luigi. "HE IS GARDENING!" He picks up Luigi. "Let go of Mario and lets go!" Kong looked shocked. "But sir-" Interrupted again. "RELEASE HIM!" Kong angrily slams Mario down. "You will hear from me again.." Kong walks away frustrated. "Glad you can stay with us Mario." [Y/N] says happily while hugging SMG4 still. "But what about Luigi?" Meggy asked. Everyone just shrugs.
