Bladewolf: *cautious* Affirmative...
Steven sat on a chair, taking a sip of his iced tea as Raiden and Sam sat in the couch across from him and far from each other.
Steven: So.....why did you knock on the door?
Sam: Well we were actually looking for some to help us but then....you opened it. But...*looks around* Quite the shabby house you got here amigo. Don't you have one of those penthouses or something?
Steven: *sips* It's complicated Sam. It's like I don't even exist here anymore so unfortunately I have to start over. But.....how are you still alive? Didn't you die?
Sam: Well I did......and then for some reason I woke up next to my amigo Raiden and Wolfy.
Steven: *sip* How long was this exactly?
Sam: A week.
Steven: Then you must know somewhat about the society we live in right?
Sam: Yeah yeah the usual CCG, ghouls, everything. It made no sense really considering that there were no such things as cyborgs here....or World Marshal....or Desperados and such. Hell....every tech I see online is based on combating this......idea of ghouls.
Steven: Exactly!
Raiden: Armstrong?
Steven: *sip* Yes Jack?
Raiden: How.....did you not die?
Steven: I did die....well I think I did. I'm not sure really. One day you ripped my heart out the other it's still there and I'm in the middle of goddamn Tokyo alone.
Sam: So you did die by Raiden....you're pretty strong you know...
Raiden: I'll take that as a compliment.
Sam: So....let me get this straight. We're in a different world basically where everything we know doesn't exist with outdated technology by not a lot of years. Not to mention that it's just ghouls and humans....
Steven: *sip* Yup...you know, you two should stay out of sight. Although you Sam can blend in without your exosuit......I can't say the same for Jack and Wolf here. The government will be trying to bring you in on first sight due to their fear.
Sam: True true...
Bladewolf: So it's best to stay hidden.
Steven: Yes.
Sam: So Armstrong.....I heard there has been a ghoul uprising separate from the CCG and Aogiri Tree.....*grin* I'm assuming you're.......the leader perhaps?
