Hey so School will be starting for me soon so I made this one long to make up for the fact I won't be able to post as much.:,)|I'm back school has started but it's the weekend so I changed the story up a bit and I'm now starting on the next chapter in my free time!:)|

Steve was nervously fixing his hair he sighed as he walked into the record store and all his worries melted when he saw Eddie he walked up to the cash register Eddie was reading something so he didn't notice Steve he leaned onto the counter,"Whatca readin', Eds?" Eddie looked up and smiled,"I don't know just something I grabbed," Steve smiled," So, have you missed me?" Eddie rolled his eyes as he put up the magazine he was reading from he leaned in,"no, not really, " he said Steve jokingly scoffed he smiled and stared into Eddie's eyes and something caught Eddie's attention as he looked away from Steve and to the door his face broke into a huge grin as he ran to the door, Steve turned his head to see Eddie running up to some girl grabbing her into a hug and lifting her into the air spinning her Steve's heart sank So..he likes a girl.. she broke into a huge grin, "Clearly you missed me," Eddie smiled," well ofcourse I missed you, Chrissy," Steve faked a smile as they walked up to the counter,"Steve!, meet, Chrissy," she smiled," I'm so sorry if Eddie gives you a hard time he's not as mean as you might think," Steve smiled Eddie acted offended, "Rude! Some friend you are, " She giggled, "Oh please you know you missed your bestie," Eddie smiled as she hopped on the counter," I actually just came in to say hi I've still got to unpack but I wanted to know where your new place is so I can visit, I also need to talk to you but I guess I can do that later" Eddie smiled as he grabbed a pen and paper and started writing he gave her the paper they said their goodbyes and she left Something is up with Steve ," Hey, Steve, you okay?" Steve shook his head,"um, yeah, I just haven't seen her in a bit," Throughout most of Eddie's shift he just made fun of Eddie and how much he would look through the records looking for a new one

It was closing time," I'm surprised you actually stayed with me all day," he said as he walked up to Steve," Yeah well I said I would, " Eddie smiled Steve jumped up onto the counter and Eddie started talking about how annoying Steve was but Steve wasn't even listening instead he was staring at Eddie's lips Is he even listening? ,"Hello? Earth to Steveo?" Steve just watched as Eddie's lips moved he's totally staring at my lips right now..that's it he walked up to Steve and he tugged on Steve's collar making them have eye contact, " my eyes are up here,Stevie, " he teased Steve just stared he wasn't sure what to do he decided not to be a little bitch he leaned closer Eddie heard walking and pulled Steves head back and backed up from him giving Steve the wrong idea, Robin came in walking into the store,"I thought you'd still be here," the two gave her a confused look Robin groaned, " We have to hurry and leave before we get locked in," Steve hopped off the counter and walked over to Robin starting a conversation while Eddie locked up once the store was close they walked out of the mall.

Steve sighed when he stepped outside as the cold air slapped him in the face Eddie turned to Steve and Robin,"I kinda walked here so I need a ride," Steve was shocked, "why did you walk here?" Robin asked, "Van is in the shop it was leaking, " Steve unlocked the car gesturing the others to get in Eddie was in the passenger seat and Robin sat in the back," Okay, so, who wants to get dropped off first?" Eddie pointed to himself, "Okay,first stop,Eds," at some point on the way to Eddie's Robin looked behind the driver seat,"why do you have a bag of softballs in your car?" "Oh I have this spot I go to clear my head, I hit bottles with a bat and soft balls," "wow I'm surprised you haven't told me about this sooner,rude," Robin said acting offended Eddie seemed intrigued, "Look, I just never thought that it was important, " it was silent for a second before Robin spoke again, "So is it okay if I invite vickie and the kids over to your place for like a movie night Dustin was supposed to ask but something came up," Steve and Eddie shared a glance at eachother and Eddie quickly turned his gaze away and Steve worried he messed it up and he turned to Robin," Sure I don't mind just as long as you help clean up the next day I know how messy you are," Robin gasped,"How dare you so rude, " Eddie and Robin laughed as Steve pulled into Eddie's driveway,"Alright I'll see you tomorrow, Eds," he smiled," bye, you two," he waved at the two while walking into his house when Steve started driving out of Eddies driveway Robin spoke,"So,what were you doing before  I walked in?" Steve didn't answer instead he turned the music up this worried Robin but she didn't want to press him so she didn't and the rest of the car ride was quiet nothing but music filled the car, once Steve pulled up into her driveway he turned down the music and turned to Robin with a clearly forced smile," Night, Robin I'll see you and the kids tomorrow, " she smiled and right before she opened the door she stopped and turned to Steve," Look, something clearly happened I'm not going to press you about it but I just want to know if it's okay to invite Eddie," Steve stared down at his lap staring for what felt like forever before turning back to Robin, " Yeah, he can come I have no problem with that night,Robin," she gave him a weak smile," bye, dingus," she waved him goodbye and went inside
