Louis was in hospital because of the car accident...Niall, Liam, Zayn and Harry went to the court where Niall's girlfriend, Louis's lawyer was waiting them...Boys were realy sad ans scared for Louis's life, especially Harry...Before the court, Louis's dad came drunk yelling at boys but he had some bruises...Liam and Harry watched him carefuly while Niall and Zayn were arging with him...When the court started, everything was said and done...
"HA! That idiot of my son who tried to kill me didn't have guts to come?" Louis's dad said
"You're drunk, on the court! And Louis didn't come cause he is in hospital!" Zayn yelled back at him
"Nahhh....He is just pretending" Louis's dad said
"Or are you the one pretending?" Harry said out of nowhere and Louis's dad froze
"Let's go in the room, there we will discus everything" Niall's girlfriend said
The court started...It was really loud at the begining cause of all the arguing that was going on between everyone until Lottie came and told it all
"Your honour, he is the one who was treating my boyfriend to death...He was only doing that to take a revenge on him because Louis was more suscesfull when he started working as a model" Harry said to judge
"Liar! How can I do that to my own son?" Louis's dad said
"Yeah, sure...'Your son' is now in hospital and you didn't care to even visit him...'Your son' is now in a happy relationship and again you don't care...All you want is money! You want his money!" Zayn yelled at Louis's dad
"No, that is not true!" Louis's dad said
"It is...We have a prove" Liam said smiling cause he knew what is gonna happen
In that moment Annabelle heard a knock on the door...There was a girl standing in a long black hoodie all hidden...As she took off the hoodie, Annabelle said
"Your honour, may I present you Charlotte Elizabeth Tomlinson" Annabelle, Niall's girlfriend said
"Your honour" Lottie said
"Let's hear what you got to say miss" judge said
"Your honour, Louis is my brother that I didn't know I had...This man right there, who calls himself my dad is a monster...While growing up, our mum overdosed because of him and she died when I was 2 years old...She then got pregnant again with the twins but while giving birth to them, she died because of all the meds she took...Twins and I were growing up beeing raised by our older brother Louis, while on the other hand our 'father' cared only about drinks...When I turned 3, Louis was 4 almost 5 years old...That was mine last birthday with him...Our 'father' told him to leave the house because he was shit to family etc... When Louis left, our 'father' told me to raise twins like their mother cause they don't have anyone, not even brother...Years had passed and I started to go in school...When my 'father' found out I got my first period, he didn't want to by me products, he instead abused me...*shows them scars* I was waiting until I turn 18...Until then, my friend who is now my boyfriend was buying me tampoons and everything I needed when I got my period...I even stayed at him for those 5 days...As I turned 18, I moved in with him and now we live together for 3 years and twins are with us...Because he abused them too...Twins are now all grown ups, they turned 20 a few months ago..." Lottie said as she cried a bit
"Nonsense" said their father
"Thank you miss Tomlinson...We will take that in our minds..Now, if noone has anything to say, I will make a decision" judge said
"Wait, I have!" their father yelled
"Let's hear it out" judge said
"Where is Louis then? Couldn't he come by himself to face his own father?" their father said
That was it...Harry got really upset and he standed up for his boyfriend who is in hospital
"I can't do it anymore, I can't hold it anymore" Harry said
"Harry what are you doing?" Niall asked
"Telling what I needed to to protect my love" Harry said
"Mr.Styles, we are listening" judge said
"Louis isn't here because on our way here we got into car accident...Our car was all cracked and all of us secced to come out before it all went into pieces...Except Louis...Louis felt sick so I gave him his pills and he fell asleap...He didn't hear car crashing and he ended up hurt, fighting for his life in hospital...Even tho we were in a car accident, we still got here on time, while on the other side mr.Troy Tomlinson didn't come on time...You may wonder why didn't he come on time? I have an answer...He was the one, he was the one who was driving the car that crashed into us...I saw his initials that he had on the car... The initials were...T-A-T-GS-54...Which means...Troy Austin Tomlinson Garibaldi senior, and his age, 54...He did that on purpose just to take Louis's money for doing this...What was actualy food paint and fake knive and glass...And also you can see his bruises on arms from glass, the car glass" Harry said
"Okay...Now that I heard, I will make decision...Mr.Tomlinson Troy will be in prison for the rest of his life in Malta, far away from here...And to mr.Louis, he will be free forever and we will pay for his recovery...Court ended!" judge said making all of them happy except Harry
Harry was thinking about Louis who was still in coma...He told Lottie if she can give him ride home to London so he can take guitar and go to Louis...Lottie agreed and she called Lewis, his boyfriend to pick them up
