Chapter 7 the faint

A/N just before I start this chapter I need to say that i have bad writers block. Basically it has been really hard to keep these chapters long because I have lost full motivation and do have severe self doubt/self confidence.  Anyways, on to the chapter we go! 

I had just been picked up by Mike's mom to be driven to the arcade with them. I seemed more anxious then usual. Something seemed.. Wrong- everything around me started to dance around me as I stepped out of the car. I started to walk in the arcade with mike and as soon as i entered it everything was to colorful. The colors spun around the room as everything started to get muffled for me. It was like I was underwater- "will? Will? Are you okay?!" mike called out but I didn't answer I couldn't understand him as he talked more. "Will?! Answer me your scaring me!" 

"M-mike? I can't under-" suddenly,  everything went black and I had fainted. 

                                               

I woke up to see me in a hospital bed, everything was a bit blurry but soon I started to focus more. I saw that mike was beside me sleeping. He looked so peaceful beside me. I looked over to see my mom on the other side of me. She was sleeping but soon woke up. "Will your awake! Let me call a doctor!" I saw my mom press the call button- I didn't answer her because everything was a bit hazy to me. I soon saw a doctor come in, he was tall and had black hair. "Will, I see that your finally awake. My name is DR. Smchitz. The doctor smiled at me slightly. He seemed really friendly.   "How long have I been out for?" I asked with a slight annoyance in my tone. "You have been out for 3 days." 3 days?! Did mike stay the whole time..?  No why would he. I'm nothing to him.  I didn't answer the doctor but instead looked at my mom. "Mom, did mike stay the whole time?" I asked. "Yes sweetie, mike stayed the whole time to make sure you we're okay." oh so he really did stay..  My face turned into a light pink and I glanced over at mike. Mike.. You really are so sweet. "Before Will leaves, he will have to stay a couple of more days. Miss Joyce  can I talk to you in private? Also the nurse will be here in a couple of minutes to check your vitals and everything. "Sure DR. Smchit." my mom soon left the room and I turned to mike. I wonder what they are talking about..  

Mike soon woke up at looked at me. "Will! You woke up, I brought you a comic to read and a board game we could play. I know it's not D&D but I couldn't bring the whole thing over because we might lose the piece's- but I hope you feel better soon!" mike slightly smiled at me. "That sounds great mike" I smiled back at him. Soon my mom came back in the room looking really worried. "Mike could you give us some privacy for a second?" my mom asked mike- "yeah sure Mrs. Byers." mike then soon left the room. A thousand thoughts were filling my head of what could have happened oh no no no- what if i have cancer? Or what if she found out I cut myself? Oh no no no-  "will! Listen to me!" my mom interrupted my thoughts and I stared at her. "Y-yeah mom?" I replied anxiously. "The doctor told me they found some cuts and scars on your.." my mom paused for a minute. "On your thighs will. Have you been cutting yourself..?" Fuck.

"No mom I haven't I promise. The scars are from when the demogorgan got me and pulled me. I just got scratched by Dustins cat!" It hurt me to lie to my mom like this but I couldn't have her find out, I just couldn't. "Okay sweetie I believe you. I know you would never do something like that to yourself but just to make sure I asked." I nodded back at her and told mike he could come in now. 

Mike sat down on the chair and brought out clue the board game. "Would you like to play with us Mrs. Byers?" mike asked Poiletly. "Well, why not." 

Me and mike and my mom had been playing clue for an hour now and things were starting to get boring. "Where's the nurse" I asked sounding bored. After I said that the nurse walked in. She was a pretty young lady with blonde hair and Green eyes. "Sorry for being so late! My patient schedule is a lot today! Anyways I'm here to check your blood pressure and everything else so yeah!" 

"It's fine" I reassured the nurse. She started by taking my blood pressure and checking my oxygen and other things like that. "Hmm it appears your blood sugar is a little low will- I'll be right back with some candy from the vending machine- what do you want?" 

"Reece's pieces, please" I asked nicely. "Alright I'll go get those! I'll be back shortly"
