"Lonely? How can she be lonely?" Alucard rubbed his head with his hands, ruffling his well-maintained hair.

"Maybe she wishes to have friends, companions like herself." Draco watched uneasily as the vampire started to pace back and forth in the meeting room. He was soon joined by Chimera, who held his hand on his chin looking just as perplexed.

"She has been doing more work lately, maybe she is just tired by all the paperwork?" He chimed in hopeful.

"She would be overworked if that was the case, Chimera, not feeling lonely." Siofra floated by unimpressed with a stony face.

"Maybe she is looking for more company from us? We may be unworthy of her friendship but that doesn't mean that we can't be there for her." Phrixa chimed in, smiling at the hopeless group now pacing at a solid pace.

"That is the problem, she is a superior being. We can't just be 'friends', it doesn't work that way." Alucard turned his nose up into the air, flicking his hair behind him.

"Humph." Phrixa turned her face away from the pale bloodsucking creature.

Noface and Caspian were sitting on the sofa, not commenting on the current situation.

"Lathia, are you sure you heard correctly?" Alucard shouted at the elf maid.

Startled, she hesitated to answer.

"T-t-that is w-what she s-s-said to m-me." She stuttered out.

"You are scaring the poor girl with your outbursts Alucard, so please do not shout." Draco tried to smooth over the situation. When Alucard became angry he had a habit of snapping at others, as well as spitting when shouting.

"Do not tell me how and how not to manage this new shocking piece of information Draco!" Alucard snapped again.

"Alucard, manage your anger," Caspian warned the vampire.

"Caspian, how can you just sit there and not do anything, hands folded?" Alucard threw his hands in the air, now directing his anger at the sitting warrior.

"What are you talking about?" Caspian questioned out loud. "I am very panicked right now."

The whole room fell silent, staring at the straight-faced man who sat calmly on the leather sofa. Everyone stared at the warrior bewildered.

'Is-is he joking?' the same thought echoed in everyone's heads together.

'Does Caspian even know how to joke?' Even Draco stared at Caspian as if he had just grown two heads, questioning what he had just heard coming out of this man's mouth. He had known him for all his time in the army and never has he even seen this man take anything as a joke. Now he is making jokes. He has seen everything.

'Does he even have the capacity to make jokes?' Asmodeus was questioning his reality.

The tense atmosphere was very amusing to Tatiana, who thrived in the drama. Why not raise the stakes?

"Maybe she wasn't talking about friends?" She questioned innocently, poking a finger into her cheek.

Everyone turned to look at her, picking their jaws off the floor.

"Maybe she is looking for a lover?" She smiled coyly.

The atmosphere cracked.

"A lover?!" Alucard screeched out.

"Tatiana, look what you have done, you got Alucard all worked up!" Phrixa hollered with weeds growing from her head uncontrollably at the titan.

"A lover..." Dracos soul was escaping from his mouth as he breathed out the words.

Caspian had turned into stone.
