Hoseok's tears rolled.. but it was different this time... he was smiling...
He had been cradling his son for awhile now... scooping him up to sit on his thighs and having a hand over to support Daehyun's back as Daehyun relaxed and slowly leaned backward to his father's arm as he gave in to his hold
he looked down at Daehyun seeing as he calmed down aswell
he gently wiped Daehyun's tears away with his thumb, drawing him closer
"Will I ever see Youngjae again, dad?" Daehyun asked softly.. he just needed to know.. well at least have someone tell him that he really was going to see him again
"Yes.. Dad will do everything it takes to get you two together again.." Hoseok answered back as he stared assuringly at Daehyun.. He hasn't the slightest idea how to get Youngjae to meet his son again.. for all he knows, the boy could dead by now.. but.. he just really needed to try.. to at least give his son what he wanted for once.. also he dearly needed to thank the boy.. if it hadn't been for Youngjae, Daehyun would have still ignored him.. and he would have not recieve a chance of forgiveness... he owes Youngjae a lot, a whole lot..
" Daehyun.. I have a question for you...How much do you love Youngjae?" he curiously waited for a truthful answer
meanwhile, Daehyun stared into space again
how much did he love Youngjae?
how much did he love the boy who pulled him out of his misery?.. how much did he love the boy who taught him how to love?.. how much did he love the boy who's smile would make all the flowers cry?.. How much did he love Youngjae?
well... he loved him a lot..
"I- Love him... a lot.. so much.. that I married him.. well.. not officially.. but I proposed.. and we had our own little marriage..
I love him so much that I cried when I found out boys couldn't give birth-
Hearing this, Hoseok gaped in surprised.. Daehyun cried because boys couldn't give birth?.. he was about to question it, but got cut off by Daehyun's melodious voice as he proceeded
" Because that would mean I couldn't have kids with him.. and we couldn't have the family I wanted-
Hoseok visibly frowns upon hearing this.. it's sad that Daehyun couldn't have a proper family to begin with, that he even went as far as crying at the fact that they couldn't have children
"- but it's okay.. Youngjae told me we could adopt.. I love him so much that I wouldn't care if I never got to taste Himchan's undeniably delicious blueberry pancakes again just as long as I get to see him.."
Daehyun looked so love struck that even his smile from just thinking about this Youngjae could light up a whole planet.. and Hoseok intends to keep it that way.. to have that smile always there..
"Okay.. but who's Himchan?"
He asks
"He's my hyung.. along with his husband Yongguk hyung.. Youngjae and I met them in the forest.. along with some other people we met there.." Daehyun's gaze flew to his side.. avoiding Hoseok's amazed look
"Oh.. well.. it sounds like you really love this Youngjae a lot.. you even married him, right?"
Hoseok's voice melts into fits of chuckles as Daehyun softly smiled and showed him the golden ring that had been an implication of his unofficial marriage with Youngjae
"It looks pretty.. I'm glad you found Youngjae.. It makes me happy to see you happy.." Hoseok added
"I didn't find Youngjae... Youngjae found me.." Daehyun corrected with a tired tone..
