Chapter 7: Official

Archer's POV

Did she really say those words? I couldn't believe it, after hearing those words I froze which I'm glad she didn't notice and went right back to sleep. I look down at her once more before pecking her forehead smiling, she likes me too. What if I lose her too? No, no, no I can't think like that. Aurora is strong and she wouldn't play me like that. Let's just hope so because I really like her and I'm starting to fall for her.

I lay her on the bed so I can go to my room and shower and pull on a boxer then go in my bed and my eyes close as I drift off to sleep.

Two o'clock The Following Morning

I'm woken up by knocking on my door so I groan opening my eyes a little "come in" the door opens and in comes Aurora so I sit up immediately, worried and she stands at the door after closing it so I frown beckoning her over and she runs to me climbing into my bed under the sheets clinging to me as I'm shirtless so I look down at her and she just hid herself in my chest so I sigh lifting her into my lap then lift her chin so she can look at me and when she does I frown as her eyes are still red "what's wrong Rora?" she shrugs before wrapping her arms around my neck and hiding in my neck so I rub her back and kiss her hair "it's okay, I'm here" she pulls back looking at me before attempting to glare so I raise an eyebrow at her.

"Why did you leave?" I'm not sure what she means but she keeps glaring at me so I keep looking at her and we stare at each other until she shakes her head "why did you leave me alone in the room?" oh, that's why she's glaring at me "I thought that you wanted to sleep so I left you to get some sleep" she sighs before pushing me to get out of bed so I get out and she drags me downstairs into the kitchen so I rub my eyes to wake myself up a bit more "you need to eat" I roll my eyes before grabbing the house phone to order pizza and breadsticks then put back the phone and turning to her "happy now?" she smiles nodding so I walk back to my room for my wallet and she is right behind me.

"Why are you up at this time?" I check the time on my phone and it is now 2:10am ao I sigh "Aurora" I groan and she's completely silent so when I turn around I see that she has zoned out so I slowly grab her hand and she snaps out of it looking at me "are you okay?" I ask her quietly and she frowns "I'm still seeing him, Archer. Why won't it stop?" she says so softly I almost didn't hear her "do you still blame yourself?" she looks away from me biting her lips so I turn her to face me and I remove her lip from between her teeth.

"If you do then that is why, you need to stop blaming yourself for what you couldn't control" she sighs before holding out her arms and I guess that the conversation is over "it's hard Archer" I smile rubbing her back and lifting her "I know it is Rora" she tucks her head into my neck making me chuckle as it tickles and she tightens her hold on me "did you eat before sleeping yesterday?" she shakes her head so I sigh "so that is why you woke me up?" she nods and I walk out my room with the money to pay for the food.

Going downstairs once more, I hold Aurora bridal style and sit in the living room on the couch before turning on the TV and going on Netflix to watch Masha and bear. She giggles as she sees Masha on the screen so I lean into the couch and watch the show. I don't know how she watches this show, it is funny but just senseless. I guess she matured too early but that's okay, she's still great and I like being like this. After another two episodes the doorbell rings so she stands and I stand too. I walk to the door and open it to see the delivery guy there so I nod and he hands me the boxes "thanks man" he nods and takes the cash from me before walking away and I close the door.

"He's gay" I laugh at Aurora's comment "why would you say that?" she shrugs smiling "because he is and it's not like I said it to his face" I nod knowing that she had a point there "let's eat" she cheers before going upstairs so I raise an eyebrow at her but just chuckle. I walk into the kitchen and grab drinks for Aurora and I before going into the bar where I grab a bottle of Jack Daniels then head back into the living room only to see Aurora opening the boxes and grabbing a napkin then a slice. I now see why she went upstairs, it was to get her blanket. I hand her the drink and she opens it and drinks before handing me a slice of pizza, taking one for herself so I sit beside her and start eating.
