Chapter 30

Angelo's Pov

No.... this cannot be happening! I must be dreaming. My sister did not just take a bullet for me.

I was so lost in my thoughts believing that everything was fine but I immediately snapped out of it.

I look down at my princess and my eyes widened seeing her eyes flutter close.

"N-no. Princess, hey, Elise don't close your eyes hmmm? E-everything's gonna be fine"

𝒐𝒓 𝒏𝒐𝒕

I lightly slapped her face but earned nothing, not even a single reaction.

Her eyes completely close and her hand fell limp on my sides.

No... this cant be damn happening

"Fratello we need to bring her to the hospital fast!"

I put an arm under her neck and one under her knees and stood up lifting my lifeless princess

"Where's the goddamn car?!"

And just in time stefan arrived after drifting the car with one hand only, his face filled with nervousness.

"Get her in slowly"

Dominic ordered and we went inside carefully. Dominic sat beside me and used a cloth to put pressure on her wound.

There was so much blood that almost made me feel nauseous. Sure I never really cared about seeing so much blood. But knowing that this was my sister, my bambina's blood made my heart shatter.

"Come on twinny wake up please!" Elliote sobbed while holding her hand.

"Dont you dare leave me or else I'll go to heaven and drag you there"

It was all painful for the brothers seeing their youngest sobbing for his other half.

"Drive faster Stefan! She's getting paler!"

Stefan droved even faster not even caring about the damn speed limit.

For once im not mad at his for this...

We all finally arrived at the Hospital and the medical doctors and nurses immediately went to us. This was our hospital but even if it wasn't they would surely go to my sister immediately seeing the amount of blood she already lost.

"Quick! Get her on the stretcher!" Dominic took a stretcher to my way and I carefully lay her down.

They immediately took her to the surgery room leaving all of us frustrated and devastated.

Today was just supposed to be a fine and harmless day!

I swear to the devil I'll kill that bastard.

Why? Why did this just have to happen?!

Its hard seeing your sister unconscious, bloody and hurt. Its hard seeing the person that understands you the most have to be between life and death.....

I- i cant lose her. I wont let her....

I dont know what to do.... Im just begging, praying for whatever God, or whatever powerful being there is in the universe to help my sister....

To not get my reason for smiling.....

I remember the times we spent together and I gasped.

What if those had been my last chances? I should have been better, showed her I loved her more. What if those were the last time I would see her smile, hear her laugh and watch her do pranks. What if-

NO, I have to stop thinking like this. She'll be fine. She has to be!

I need her.... we all need her

Dad's Pov

We all just sat here waiting for the doctor to tell us good news about my daughter.

I looked around and saw her friends and a boy.

I knew her friends since she introduced them before but I don't know this guy. But seeing from his expression I could sense that he was special to my daughter....

𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒆 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆....

Im glad though that our men caught that bastard that shot my daughter. Angelo already told me that he "will take care of him" but he should know that all of us wants to hit him up.

Maybe some broken bones here and there. Teeth falling. Skin burning.

My wife put her head on my shoulders and sobbed.

"I hope she's gonna be okay"

"She will honey. She's strong. She wont leave us."

We waited for 2 more hours before the door finally opened and an exhausted
doctor took his mask off.

"Doctor how is my sister's condition? Is she fine?"

The doctor sighed

"Luckily she survived the impact of the bullet. There was severe blood loss but luckily we made it work. The- "

And there the doctor blabbered some alien like words that I don't understand except for Dominic and Angelo.

"Are they aliens?" Elliote asked

"Yeah. I cant even understand a damn word" Stefan groaned

Okay finally they stopped talking and turned to us

"She's fine. But they put her in a medically indused coma to make help her heal." Dominic smiled, now feeling a bit better.

That's great. My princess wont leave me.
