In the video you can see Yeonja waking up and rubbing her eyes, apparently fans did not know she is not living in Busan and has her own apartment. In the room her curtains was shown as her feet was up and she stretched her limbs out as she put the camera in her night stand facing her.
As Yeonja was sitting up she quickly spoke up " hello guys ! Good morning ! Today I will show you guys my morning to night routine in the same time, today I am trying to go get back in shape. So let's go ! "

As the video kept rolling now you can see Yeonja wearing Leggings with a pair of nice black shirt to match the outfit as she then went to the kitchen making her meal. Yeonja then spoke up
" so you guys wanted to know my diet now, since when I was in JYP, I did not have the best diet, so now I am going back to my healthy ways and making it better! So it is a well balanced diet, I will be having some protein, carbs, and some fruit for breakfast. On the side I will have some juice and milk and also make sure
I have my water with me as well. "
Yeonja then was seen meal prepping her dish as she then went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and also floss as well.
So the video started to roll as you can see Yeonja stretching and warming up.
In the video she then explained in depth on what she does and overall she showed her body in the mirror, fans are indeed shock seeing that Yeonja is having a toned and also muscular body. Her body looks really good and also she looks way better now.

Yeonja then spoke up" it is still progress but I think I am getting there, overall it doesn't look that bad and also today is leg day and Lower body workout too. "

As she was working out she then was seen getting out of the gym and talking " we can maybe go to the cafe, we can maybe by something to eat, since today I have not had something good to eat in a very long time, since I am sticking to my more sustainable diet and more healthier. So today is no longer restriction on food but rather enjoying it. "
Fans loved the Yeonja since debut and are happy to see her back on her feet and uploading a video of a fresh new start Yeonja.

Yeonja then explained while she ate her food, she explained her struggles of trying to look better and have a better mindset, due to the amount of hate she gotten. The reason she lost a lot of weight was because one, she was pressured to fit the ideal body, two, her manager was not the best, three, she lacked self love and also she had a problem in being confident.
She said she never had dealt with this  before till now, so slowly during recovery, she learned how to love herself and reflected on many things. Over all she is happy that she can be free and be able to be herself rather than showing something that can make her look like she is not her.

Overall the video continued till night time and so wet got to see Yeonja showing her dinner and also watching some Korean Dramas.
So during her eating she then talked to one of the stray kids members, since she and boys still keep in contact and so Chan's voice was heard and so you can see Yeonja smiling and talking as she spoke up " Channie ! Your on video ! I am filming right now, want to say hi "
Chan was heard laughing and saying hi to the camera and so Yeonja spoke up " me and the boys have a good friendship bond and so we still keep in contact other. Mostly we talk to each other at night since you know how busy they are and how I'm also busy, so they are available to talk to me at night. We like to talk about life and also let each other know that everything will be okay. So do not worry, we are still bestfriends."

Overall Yeonja had an amazing video and fans loved the video and wanted to see more of Yeonja working out.
