So basically, I came up with a sort of afterlife concept called The Aftermath
Visually, it is an infinite white void with a dim glow.
It is a spiritual realm, so normal physics don't work here. Basically you can float and stuff. more on that later
Your appearance is basically how you would look like if you somehow recovered from whatever way you died, if that's even possible, if not you'll just look like the closest thing to that. or something
now, spirits here can use a thing called 'the power of imagination'. basically you can do stuff if you imagine it hard enough, like floating, altering your appearance, spawning objects(the non-sentient ones), teleporting short distances and possibly more. It can be kinda hard to do but you'll get the hang of it if you practice. it also gets slightly easier the more time you spend here.
when you spawn, you'll normally spawn at least about a hundred miles away from the closest soul. so, very far. also, i forgot to mention that in The Aftermath, there is what is called the 'calming effect'. basically it is said to clear your mind and replenish your sanity. so if u were insane when u died, then you'll regain ur sanity when u arrive here
there is a smaaaaaalllllllllllll chance you might spawn close to another soul, and this increases with bond. so if you're reaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllyyyy close to this person, you'll have a higher chance of spawning closer to em
otherwise, you'll have to travel very, veeeeeeeeerrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy long distances to find others. but don't worry, cuz hunger, fatigue and thirst are all nullified here :>
sometimes, living souls can enter The Aftermath, but only if they're unconscious. This usually happens in coma patients, but occassionally it can happenwhen someone faints. When this happens, they're considered "halfway" through The Aftermath, so they can't use the power of imagination. they also have a higher chance of spawning closer to others.
side note, there is a limit as to how much u can alter ur appearance with tthe power of imagination. you can choose to show or hide certainb scars or markings, and shift between different forms/versions of yourself, but ur base shape stays the same. so if ur a pyramid or something you can't just shapeshift into a dragon thats off the charts bruh
either way there was an anime convention at the mall me and my family wnet to today and they were singing songs(idk what songs tho i dont really watch anime lel), and then they started to sing another anime song then suddenly it was changed to. freaking nevah gonna give u up. a few hundred people. rickrolled at the same time. props to them.
