I wonder why Esme is so attached to those girls. It was nice to see her like this. But I wonder what two teenage girls where doing out in the woods.
I'm getting distracted. I need to these DNA results. Just then the machine for the DNA results crashed. In all my years I have never seen anything like this before. I gotta go back to Esme.
The rain stopped as I got home. Esme wasn't in the living room. She wasn't in the kitchen either. I bet she's in our room. She's not there. Where could she be?
Then I smelled her scent. Shes in the guest room.
"Thank you for your hospitality Mrs.Cullen." said Paige. I got to the room. I could here them through the walls. "Your welcome Paige. And call me Esme." She exclaimed. I stopped to think that maybe I should keep what happend to myself. I should get to them better. After all Esme seems to like them. And if Esme likes them then so should I.
"Paige. Brooke. Go to sleep." Esme chuckled. "But could you sing us a song? That always keeps us calm." Asked Brooke. I wonder what she means by keep us calm. "Alright. But just one song. How does it go?" Asked Esme. The girls started to sing.
I was thinkin 'bout you. Thinkin 'bout me. Thinkin 'bout us. Where gonna be. I open my eyes. It was only just a dream.
It was a perfect harmony. Then Esme joined in.
So I traveled back down that road. Will you come back no one knows I open my eyes it was only just a dream.
I walked away. And went into my master bedroom with that song stuck in my head. I hummed it. But there was one particular verse that kept ringing in my head.
