It Could Still Be Love

Chapter 1

Marky slightly shifted in bed to the sound of beeping opening their eyes they see it's 6:30 am time for school. With a groaned they sit up and turn off their alarm, they sat up got dressed and walked out of the hallway ready to go and saw that their sibling still wasn't up. They knocked on her door.

"Marcy get up, we have to go to school" Marky said quite loudly, just as they were about to knock again marcy opened the door and rushed past.

"I know, I know, Lets go" Marcy said hurrying down stairs, Marky couldn't help but laugh at their siblings antics. 

"Alright were set to go, Let's get going Marce" Marky picked up their backpack and slung it over their shoulder grabbing their keys as well walking out to their car, Marcy not far behind. Marky got in the driver's seat and started the car while Marcy got in 

The ride to school was short some small conversation but nothing much.

They both got out of the car and looked at their school, buttercup cloud high school. They walked inside the school is quite loud and annoying at time but it was quite peaceful this morning but Marcy split off to got talk to Fallon leaving Marky alone, until they saw Casey, Lena, Ace, Cultured and Star all talking about something that they couldn't here yet.

They had stopped on accident in the middle of the hallway and just watched them talk, well they watched Casey and Lena talk really, they knew that they had a crush on them both for sometime now but said nothing because well Casey and Lena are already dating and neither of them had any interest in a poly relationship. They clear their head and continue walking towards the group of people.

"Hey guys, good morning" Marky said with a little wave 

"Good morning Mark" Casey said with a smile tilting her head a little and causing her glasses to fall out of place and immediately fix them

"Morning Marky" Lena casually said with a little wave back "Casey was telling a story about-"

"OH right, so Ace was holding the cotton ball while I grabbed a lighter" Casey brightened being able to continue the story, Marky always thought it was cute how they got so excited in the morning "Then I actually lit the cotton ball on fire which caused ace to drop the ball in pain once they actually felt it burn them" 

"Yeah, that actually left a scar on my hand" Ace lifted his hand to show everyone the ragged circle shaped scar on his hand "It really hurt actually" He finished with a little laugh 

"Yeah, the house almost caught on fire actually lucky star was there to put it out before things got serious" Casey said fiddling with a chain around their neck, she always did that when she was nervous for some reason. 

"Why is it not that hard to believe that you almost set a house on fire" Lena said with a little laugh, god their laugh was so pretty I could listen to it for hours with no problem 

"Hey, that was uncalled for Lee and you know it" Casey said with a little laugh as well, why was her laugh so cute. Interrupting our conversation was the bell Casey and Lena exacted a quick kiss that made my smile from before drop, my next class was history I had that class with casey and Cultured so we walk together I didn't say anything but it was a comfortable silence that neither of us minded. 

We walked in and sat down at our desks which happened to be right next to each other by how kinda luck is that I wonder silently waiting for class to actually start 

"Hey, you ok?" I hear a familiar voice coming from my left I look over to see Aki looking at me

"Ah- it's just the usual nothing big" I said with a sad smile looking back at Casey who was talking with their brother cultured about something I wasn't really paying attention to
