"huh? what is it rosaline?" i asked.
"miss, i don't want to be rude but spending all of your time in the library day in and day out won't do you any good. i believe that academics are the best kind of knowledge to acquire but this is too much! you haven't left the library for 2 days straight and the other days you would barely sleep or shower and come right back here to this very chair!"
"my head is full of useless information. nothing makes sense when i look for what i'm curious about. they talk about how the founder jonathan joestar started all this and what sort of plants are in this world and what kind of atmospheric pressure we have. . .why is that important!? the temperature is always at its highest of 79 degrees fahrenheit and 49 degrees fahrenheit when the sun goes down! this isn't the information i wanted when i come in here every day! it's useless rosaline! useless!" i didn't realize i was screaming.
rosaline's face fell, seeming to be upset with my tone. i widened my eyes, the guilt of shouting at her becoming more known to me.
"i'm sorry--i just feel so lost. i can't think straight and i can't seem to keep my emotions in check. i don't know what's wrong with me" i began to tear up.
rosaline stood there, confused yet hopeful i could recover whatever i was dealing with.
"i'll run a bath for you soon, please come in 10 minutes" she muttered.
i deserve to run and hit the wall. she didn't need this. she's just worried for me. rosaline was the first person to tend to me here and i've been nothing but a jerk to her.
"miss ruby. i see you're still in a bad mood since the last time we talked" josuke popped out of nowhere and sat across from me.
"i see you're still bothering me since jotaro left. every day you come in and try to annoy me" i scoffed.
"and i'll keep coming in here until i do annoy you successfully" he smirked.
"keep at it, i won't break. like usual you'll break first and stomp away like the child you are" i chuckled.
