they can ignite their wings on fire, is blue. their body is fire resistant, unlike dabi. they can also produce fire so imagine dabi or endeavour but fire coming from the wings. also the wings are fire resistant.
drawbacks: exaustion, burns, lack of sleep, back aches, preening is a bit rough cause they sometimes set on fire even after 10 yrs, but only occasionally

The Redeemed Hero: Blue Phoenix ( cause in this touya (todoroki) joined the heros and endeavour is less bad dad, and they were a vigilante so had to make up for crimes)
She loves analysis and her uncle Izuku taught her how to analyse ( shinso and izuku (brothers) are running new class 1a and izuku is minizawa)
ADHD. He is great in hand to hand, martial arts, bows and guns, good at creating support items. Hero outfit is Hawks' one with temperature regulators and in dabis colour sceme. Fights quirkless a decent amount. Quite jacked. Main love intrest is a secret :). Uncle Oboro loves to spoil them.
