Eddie. I say shaking him. He wakes up. Eddie hun. He says. Oh my god how do you feel? I asked. I feel. Great. He says.

He grabs his throat. Eddie hun you have to feed. I say. Come on hun here I'll feed you. I say. We rush out to the woods. See that. I say. Feed on the cougar. He ran for it and brought it over after killing it. Honey. I say. I say. Eat with me. He says. Eddie. You eat. I say. I won't until you take first bite. He says. I bent down and drank some of the cougar. He then joined me as I continued on. Baby. He says. What? I asked. What about school? He asked. Don't worry. I say. He continues to eat. Baby. He says. What is it my love? I asked. Why won't you eat? He asks. Eddie hun. This is your time to explore. I say. Not my time. I've already had my time. Soon your eyes will change and you will have my eyes. I explained. Look at me now. I say. As he does his eyes go from blood red to a beautiful golden eye.
