5. Happy Beginnings To You

Where everyone was shocked to see that person, only one was feeling disgusted. Priya. Ram immediately looked at her and read the irritation written on her face.
Vedika was standing at the main doorway.
Vedika: Can I come in?

Ram: Thank you Vedika.

Vedika stopped. Ram was seething in anger at that point.
Ram: And why are you here telling me all this? What do you want now?
Vedika gave him a small smile.
Vedika: Nothing. You've always been a great friend to me Ram. You've done more for me than anyone and I just used you for my own benefit. I came fo meet you because I heard about Shivi and because I wanted to thank you for sponsoring my treatment. So Thank You for that. Manali has been really good for me. I'm taking regular therapy. Still not completely fine but I'm trying my best.
I realized my mistake and I wanted to tell you everything. I never wanted anything bad for you Ram.
