THE PRISMATIC

It was at sombrous dusk when an amalgam of summer day and winter night formed orange-blue hues along the horizon. The trees giggled from the slightest tickle of breeze while the tuft of florets flashed its colours, decorating the Boulevard sidewalk.

Jongin courted Seulgi with a journal full of portraits and codes, each of them holding a memory of its own. When she deciphered what was written, she was at a loss for words, but her tears of happiness gave him more than the answer he wants. As the blossoms tumbled from above to shower them with blessings, they made a silent promise to each other by their first kiss of love.

Jongin held her hand, and a small twitch made its way to the corners of their lips. With hands entwined, they strolled in silence for a long time, interluded only by the thrums of impatient horns and whooshing vehicles.
