Five years later

RIDHIMA'S POV

mommy, mommy ! Guess what I made today in kinda garden " ,
He jumped exictedly . Wanting for his mother to see his drawing .

MY four years SON SAID TO ME ..

HE REALLY LOOKS SO MUCK LIKE HIS FATHER ..

AFTER OUR SEPRATION ABOUT FIVE YEARS AGO . I'VE MANAGED ON MY OWN, I WORKED HARD FOR MY SON, EVEN THOUGHT MY SISTER TRIED TO HELP, I TOLD HER NOT TO BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO BE A BURDEN ..

I WORKED AT A FIVE STAR RESTAURENT ...

AFTER MY MARRIED WITH VANSH I WANT TO RESUME MY JOB BUT HE WAS PLANNING FOR A FAMILY ... So I dropped the idea ... But here in London I get this job .. but it's enough for me and my son.

I took the papers from my son, my eyes widen at the realization.

It was drawing of me , Karan and his father .

For A four years old he has a great skills, I have never taken my son's right to know about his father . He deserves to know , growing up, I was taught to be fair. I would never do anything to hurt my son in the future..

Ri- now tell me baby... What else did you learn today "...

Ka- I learned to count using my finger mammy", the smile that always keeps me going .

Ri- wow baby. I am so proud of you " I hugged him tightly.

Ka- mom? .. he gave me question look.

Ri- yes baby?

Ka- Is Daddy coming to take us home today?

Seeing him still have hope for his father. Broke my heart , A question I could not answer ,one I had to lie to my son and mask the true reasons why his father cant . I had to protect his feelings..

Ri- you know baby ... Your dad told me not to tell you , but I will tell you anyways , okay?

Ka- yes Mom,

Ri- daddy is on a secret mission around the world. He told me to tell you that he has a special mission specifically for you", he gave me look of suspence.

Ka- what ? He urged me to continue..

Ri- he said , can you watch your momma for him untill he gets done with his secret mission ? It's all he ask of you , do you think you can do that ?

Ka- yes Mom. I will do that for him, I will Protect you mom..

He looked at me with pride in his eyes . I hugged him tightly, wanting to cry ...

Ka- it's okay mom don't cry . I will always protect you ", that made me want to cry more.

Ri- I am lying to him. It hurt me more to see him getting all his hopes not knowing . He is so innocent ...

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock . I stood up and went downstairs to cook my my son's fav breakfast . As I was done cooking baby Karan wokeup as of us I served him his breakfast...

After getting him ready.. we left for job...

Ridhima , customers on table four is ready to order ", siya my best friend said.

I went up to the two men wearing business suits...

Ri- hi welcome to palace ",. I said without looking up.

" What kind of drinks can start you guys off with ?" I said professionally .

This time I looked up and my eyes widen. In front of me was vansh . He was looking intently at me and he never dared to look away... He looked at me with no shame . I can feel his intense stare eyeing me up and down.

I just looked anywhere but him. Trying hard to break the silence . I sighed and said again- "Drinks , I can start you gentlemen with ?".

Realization down on him and he gave me a straight face and they both ordered ...

My shifts ends at noon because  i have to pick Karan from school.

I was going to see my son. As I was walking to my car a hand made its way around my waist , stopping me . The only person can stops me like that is vansh ..

Va- missed me ?.. he ask making my whole body shiver like it always have when he was near me.

Ri- What do you want ?"  I said pushing him but failed miserably ..

Va:- you did not even answered my question..

Ri- what do you want ?" I ask again trying to get out of his strong grip .

Va- can we talk?.

Ri- we don't have anything to talk about !""   I shuttered ..

"I can see pain in his eyes"

Va- please Ridhima just give me moment to talk ....he said moving closer to me. When my name come out of his mouth it sents chills all over my body . It has been long since he said my name, and it's honestly felt good.

Ri- I don't have anything time for this you're five years too late ",. I said setting pretty annoyed and pushed him passed him..

I walked up to my car and when I was about to get in , when the door closed before I could even enter and I was pinned to the car .

I looked up to see a very angry vansh. He was short tempered . But he was trying to remain calm.he was only dominative on bed.ohh shit what  I am thinking even.

Va- Ridhima please ", his eyes soften. And it really broke my heart to see him beg like this, the vansh Rai singhania begging . Well, he broke me too. Sleeping with multiple women and has the audacity to show up after  five years and tells me he wants to talk.

Ri- we have nothing to talk about mr. Vansh I made clear that we weren't that close anymore. Being  formal is a way to set out some boundaries.

I pushed him as hard as I can off me but to no avail . I was trapped and I  was to small for him. My body  was small compared to his.
