Chapter 1

Y/N POV

In a world where royal people, pirates, magical beings, witches and wizards literally troubling everyone and everything, there are still normal people like me, who's living in a small village trying to live her life.
Since 2 years, i've lived in a small village named "health village". I don't really have a family, the only thing i have is the 40-50 people living in that place. They have always been there for me for the last 2 years i have been here.

As every day, the sun was rising behind the mountains, and the sunlights were shining through the trees to my home.
After i woke up and left my cabin, the first thing that happened to me was a warm greeting from one of my best friends.

"Good morning Y/N, how are you feeling, did you sleep well?"

Felix (23) behaves like a kid all the time, but he is always like a big brother to me. He was 1 head taller than me and has brown eyes. He puts his arms around me, picked me up and spun me around.

"Jeez Felix, let her live." I heard another familiar voice behind him.

And there, i saw my other friend, who was also like a big brother to me. He leaned on a tree with his arm crossed. Leedo (25) was 2 years older than Felix and 6 years older than me. He was, with his 25 years, sometimes like a father figure for me. Felix looked back and puts me down.

"But i missed her." He whined and stomped with his foot on the ground. I rolled my eyes as i grinned. I took a step forward and patted his hair.

"You saw me like 6 hours ago." I said as i walked past him, to pick up my breakfast at the bakery. When i got there, my old friend came up to me with a bag in her hand.

"Good morning Magda, how are you, do you need help in the bakery today?" She began to grin and handed me the bag with the food. She always prepares me a bag with bread, cold cuts and spreads.

"Morning Y/N, don't worry, i don't need help today." She laughed and made me laugh as well.

"Haha alright, but if something happens, just call me.'

"I will, enjoy your mal." She said as she points at the bag in my hand.

"Oh don't worry, i'll, thank you, see you later." I turned on my heel and waved at her. She waved back at me as i walked back to my cabin. As i wanted to open my door, i heard a loud and unignorable cough behind me. I turned around and saw my other friends standing there, including Felix and Leedo.

"Do you want to have breakfast with us?"

"Sure, why not."

They smiled and walked behind me. I opened the door and let the boys in. All 5 of them came in, one after another and sat on the ground around my couch table. I closed the door and walked to the couch, where Felix and Leedo sat down next to me.

"Are you excidet?"

"For what?" I asked unsure.

"For your birthday, did you forget already?" Everyone started to laugh.

Oh exactly, there was something. I'll turn 20 in 2 months. To be honest, i don't feel that old yet XD. I actually didn't like to celebrate my birthday.

"Oh yes, i forgot, i didn't thought about that." I laughed in a low and unsure tone and looked to the floor. The boys didn't know what happened to me in the past. And they didn't know what i thought every time i heard the word "birthday". I felt a hand on my left shoulder. I looked up and saw Felix looking straight at me into my eyes.

"We're sorry, we didn't want to bring back bad memories for you." Sadness, guilt and pity were noticeable on their faces. I didn't like these looks, i really didn't.

"Don't worry about it, you didn't." I said and took his hand in mine. I smiled at everyone and continue my breakfast.

"Do you have plans for today?" Leedo asked me from my right side.

"Yes, i wanted to pick up some firewood for tonight's campfire."

"Oh yes, that was today, ups almost forgot." We all started to laugh.

"We'll go with you later." Said Namjoon (24) who sat in front of me.

"Guys, you don't have to, i may be tiny but i'm not weak, i still can carry some branches by myself."

"Y/N, it's not about that, it can be dangerous in the woods, when you're alone, especially you."

"What do you mean by that?" I asked outraged and crossed my arms in front of my chest. Small panic made his way to Jungkooks (23) face.

"Uh, not because you're a girl or something, but-"

"But?"

"Ok, fine, we're worried about you, you can't change that. Even though you're good with every kind of weapon, which scares me sometimes, something can always happen and we don't want you to get hurt."

I couldn't say much about it. I wasn't good with words, which why i only nodded with my head to show them that it was ok for me, when they accompany me later. The next 10 minutes were really quit, but it wasn't an awkward silence. As we finished our breakfast, i walked into the kitchen to check if i had everything.

"GUYS! we need to go to the City again!" I shouted as i ran back to the living room.

"Why, don't you have any chocolate left?" Asked Felix.

"Exactly." Everyone started to laugh and shook their heads.

"So what are we waiting for?" Said Leedo on his way to my door with the others behind him.

"Ey, wait for me!"

"Then hurry up!"

"Haha, you're so funny!" I yelled back sarcastically as I closed the door behind me. My village was up between the mountains in a forest. In general, my village was only a small part of a big Island. Down by the sea there was another large port city. All kinds of ships docked down at the harbor. Merchant ships, naval ships and pirate ships. But the pirate ships rarely dock here.
When we got to the town, i literally dragged the guys behind me.

"Guys, the shop is about to close, we have to hurry."

"It's not our fault that you notice on a sunday that you don't have any chocolate left." Commented Namjoon making the others laugh.

"Fine, then at least be nice and wait here for me." I said indignantly and pushed my things, that i didn't need in the store into the boys arms. The boys stood there dumpfounded and watched as i dissapeared in the crowd on my way to the store.

Minho's (24) POV

"Uh, what just happened?" I askey confused.

"Y/N has her 5 minutes, that's what happened." replied Leedo as we watched Y/N walking away.

"She really is something, isn't she."

"When do we tell her?" They were all quit after my question and were looking on the ground with a sad expression.

"Not yet." Leedo said.

"Then when? I don't want to lie to her any longer." Felix said sadly and agitated.

"She is not ready yet."

"She has been here for 2 years now and she has already settled in well in the village. When not now, then when will she be?" Without answering my question, Leedo unconsciously walked away with Y/N's stuff in his arms.
