Melanie's eyes opened and she saw 3 doors, blue, red, and purple. She looked around to see she was in a white hallway so first she walked into the red door to see her and Nik holding 2 babies that looked like twins, she heard Nik say "I'm so grateful that you've given me love even when I didn't deserve it. Thank you, my love" Nik said as he kissed Melanie and the babies on their foreheads.
Melanie exited the room and walked through the purple door where she saw her and Hayley playing with three girls who appeared to be around 3 or 4, "I love you all, my beautiful girls" Melanie heard herself say as she kissed everyone else on the cheek "my girls" Melanie heard herself whisper. Melanie was hesitant to walk through the red door but she did "Where is everyone? It's so dark" Melanie thought to herself before she woke up to see Nik infront of her.
Meanwhile with Hayley and Rebekah:
"Hey wolf girl," Rebekah said to Hayley as Hayley stood up "I'm gonna search this house inch by inch until I found out what my evil brother has done to my good one" Rebekah stated, "The governor had lots of secret room, I'll show you his favorite" Rebekah said as she led Hayley down the spiral staircase, once they reached down stairs they saw coffins "You think Klaus killed him" Hayley half said and half asked, "We can't be killed silly girl, but that doesn't stop Nik from finding ways to torture us. He has a little set of mystical daggers" Rebekah told Hayley.
A while later Rebekah and Hayley decided to go to sleep.
Meanwhile with Niklaus and Melanie
"Val, my love, I brought your donuts" Nik said as he walked into his room, "Darli- My love are you ok? You look shaken up" Nik spoke softly. "I'm fine, it was just a bad dream. Don't worry ok" Melanie said as she gave Nik a kiss before she walked out of the room while grabbing her donuts "Goodnight, my love, I'm just gonna sleep with Rebekah tonight" Melanie said as she walked out the door. "Rebekah my love, are you awake?"
Melanie asked as she got into Rebekah's bed. "Yes darling, but I was almost sleeping" Rebekah said as she rolled over to look at her wife, "Oh. I just wanted to sleep with you tonight, that's all" Melanie said, "Ok darling, goodnight" Rebekah said as she kissed her wife good night "Rebekah" Melanie said half sleep "Yes my Vallie?" Rebekah asked on the verge of sleep"... "I'm pregnant" Melanie whispered before she and Rebekah fell fast asleep.
*flashback*
Melanie's pov:
It was the day of Emil's funeral, we were going to bury him when I saw a boy getting whipped turns out it was the governor's other son that he has from a slave he owned. When I saw I was absolutely disgusted so I nudged Nik's arm and then Nik threw a rock through the man's skull and killed him as I walked to the boy with Nik as Rebekah and Elijah just watched "Young one what is your name?" I asked,
"Don't got one, momma wouldn't name me til I turned 10, in case the fever took me. But... it took her" the boy replied "You're a survivor and survivors need names," Nik said "How bout Marcellus?" I asked "Marcellus?" The boy (Marcel) asked "It comes from Mars, the God of war" Nik said "It means little warrior" I said as I stood up, looked at Nik then looked at Marcel and smiled.
*End of flashback*
It was now the next day, "I miss Marcel, last time I saw him was 3 years ago" Melanie said to Rebekah as she was eating cereal "3 YEARS?! And you never told us he was alive?!" Rebekah exclaimed "He thought y'all wouldn't care because you never came back," Melanie said "If you remember the last argument me and Nik had after you all thought Marcel died, I left and I searched for him and I've been in contact with him all these years" Melanie spoke fast "Oh bloody hell" Rebekah said as Melanie finished her cereal.
"Well I'm gonna go see him right now, you coming?" Melanie asked "No, and you shouldn't go either. Not right now at least" Rebekah said mumbling the last part "Please come with me, You can even stay in the car" Melanie said "No" "Please" "No" "Please" "No" "Baby, if you come I'll call you princess and kiss your neck" Melanie whispered in Rebekah's ear "Ok but only if you..." Rebekah said whispering what she wanted Melanie to do to her "Deal" Melanie said kissing Rebekah's hand and dragging her out of the house, "bloody hell" Rebekah whispered
