"Mom what we eating? ", I called out to my mom,even though I already knew the answer. The same porkchop and baked beans we had yesterday. Money tight so we try to eat as much leftovers as we can. Ever since they murdered my dad, money was scarce and my mom was paranoid to spend money. That's why I started participating in the drug game. I be needing money and my momma don't wanna provide it, so I started slinging dope to get the cash. I came downstairs to eat when my Mom said "we need to talk". I'm like, what she gotta say that's important. "Jacoby, I know you noticed we ain't got all the money, so I took a second job". That means I'll be getting home later at night so I'm a need you to hold it down at the house." I told her ok,finished eating and went upstairs. Need to get some rest,tomorrows a big day. The first game of the season is tomorrow plus I got a big drug trade.
