The last thing I remembered was the bang of the gun.
I can't feel my body. "What-where am I?" I say as open my eyes. I feel tears run down my face. I sit up and scan my surroundings. Woods. Endless woods. I groan. I stand up and brush the dirt off my butt.
Ugh where the heck am I? A branch snaps. I snap my head to look behind me, a sudden pain in my neck makes me yelp. I see nothing, but I feel something lurking. I don't know what got into me but I started running. Yep running. I mean this was my wish right? Being adventurous. So yeh, I start running, who knows whe- I hit something at fast speed and it sends me flying. I land on some roots. " What the heck." I moan. " Are you ok?" I hear a voice ask.
