Ladybug was standing on a rooftop observing the villains strengths and weaknesses. It seemed to be making people vanish into a pendant.
"BOO"
"AAH! Cat Noir! One day your really gonna give me a heart attack!
"Whoops, sorry m'lady! So what's the situation?"
"She seems to be using the light from the sun to reflect light rays on people and make the vanish into her pendant."
"So if we block the sun, she can't make people disappear. Seems easy enough. Now all we need is your lucky charm."
"Lucky char-" Ladybug began to activate her power when all of a sudden she began coughing repeatedly.
"Ladybug! What happened?!"
"I-i'm fine. *cough* It's just a sore throat. Let me try again. Lucky charm! A smoke machine? I've got it! Carry me on your back and use your baton to lift us into the air. Then you drop yourself and let me leap far and long enough to cover that area of the sky in smoke."
"Excellent idea m'lady! Then I'll come up behind her while she's wondering why her pendants not working and then smash it. She hasn't even seen us yet so it'll be a surprise attack! She'll never know what's coming!"
Ladybug hops onto Cats back and follows the plan by leaping into the air, using the smoke machine and waiting for Cat to smash the pendant.
"Cataclysm!" And with that, the akuma flew out.
"Gotcha! Bye bye little butterfly. Miraculous ladybug!"
"W-what happened?" Said the confused woman.
"You were akumatized ma'am but it's alright now, your safe to go home." The woman took off. The two were just about to pound it since they couldn't do it before because Ladybug had to catch the woman when she had been de-evalized. "Pound i-" All of a sudden, Ladybug fell to her knees and had her head curled up on her lap.
"Ladybug!" He was about to help her up but their miraculouses started to flash and beep. He took her in his arms and carried her to a roof with a wall in between. "M'lady, crouch and detransform and feed your kwami so I can help you. You're obviously not able to go home. I'll recharge my kwami too."
"Alright, Tikki spots off."
"Plagg claws in." They both recharged their kwamis and transformed. He took her in his arms and sat her on the rooftop in font of the eiffel tower. "M'lady, what happened?"
"Cat I'm fine, don't *cough* worry about me.
"Ladybug, please tell me. I don't want to see you like this."
"It's just a cold, that's all. I just need to-" Suddenly, she fell asleep on Cat's lap and soon after, he fell asleep too.
