Natsu saves you and your 2 year old baby from the fire. Even though the baby likes him, he is in love with Lucy.

I have never seen anything like this before. It's the biggest I have ever seen. What makes it worse is that a skilled wizard started all of this. One who uses magic for evil. Gray can't put it out with his ice, I hate the bastard but that is saying something. Even with my ability to eat fire, I can't even get a small ember. The more magic that is used to put it out, the larger it becomes. Lucy, Erza, Wendy, Carla, and Happy are helping evacuate the whole complex. So many different people of age and size rushing out. The landlord was counting everyone. Apparently this was a home for people who are homeless. A shelter from the harsh weather, food to feed the people who inhabit it. The old lady was very kind but what concerned me and my team was her gasp, which sounded like she realized something.

"What is it Miss Gillian," asked Erza. The woman looked at Erza and said that there were two people unaccounted for. "A young woman and her baby girl. They are not out here. Please save her and her child!" When I heard this I grunted in frustration from the fire not being put out with both me and Gray's skill.

"Oi! Natsu, why did you stop?!" Gray yelled at me trying to see if I could still try and eat the fire. But we can't put it out, but I can't let the woman and child burn to death either. Suddenly I heard a cry for help.

"Help! Please, my baby!"

After hearing that voice something snapped in me and I ran inside the burning fire. I hear my guildmates call out for me, telling me I am insane. Maybe so, but what kind of wizard, what kind of person would I be if I didn't at least try to help them. I go through the main entrance of the building. The building has 5 floors and the woman and child were on level 3. Dammit right in the middle. Once I get to them I need to go to the highest level. From there, wait, I didn't think that far.

"Dammit!" I started to run and eventually I found the stairs and began to climb to the third floor. The higher I get, the louder the woman's cry gets. The higher I go, I begin to hear the baby crying. Probably due to the high temperature surrounding the baby. I finally reached the third floor. I use my hearing to hear exactly where the woman is but with the crackling of the fire, it's hard to pinpoint it. Then I heard the woman cry again.

"Help us! Please!" She is all the way at the end of the hall, right door. Facing toward the crowd of people. I ran in that direction. The door is locked and I can't get it. I see a towel sticking out of the bottom door to keep the smoke out. 'Smart,' I thought. "Don't worry I am here to save you. Are you as far away from the door as possible?" "Yes! Please hurry!" I then back up a little and then raise my right leg to kick the door down. I aimed towards the door knob so it would stay on the hinges. At least that's what I am hoping happens. I can't kick it in the center or else depending on where the woman is, it could hit her straight in the face.

I then kick the door open, successfully keeping it on the hinges. Good thing too because the woman was by the window all the way towards the front of the house. She is covered in smoke and coughing due to the sudden push of smoke. Her coughing fit dies down. She looks up to me and immediately she hands me her child. "Please save her." With that she passed out. With the baby in my hands, I couldn't catch her. I growled and grunted in frustration again. The baby was crying louder. Probably knowing her mother is not okay. I gently and quickly put the baby back in her mom's arms. I then quickly pick the two up off the ground and then run out the room only to be cut off because the fire spread to the entrance. I try my best to avoid the fire with the two in my arms. I make it to the stairs, climbing to the highest level. I then go to the first door I see with a window. I quickly put the woman and baby down to open the window. But just my luck, it's knocked out of place there for I can't open it. Frustrated with the whole situation, I punched the window open and called down to my teammates. "Oi!!!" They all look at me in shock.
