There is a maniac reader from nowhere. He's just everywhere for some reason. And he's kinda villainous. He's like an elf but also not. Just the part that he's immortal unless he gets killed. He just lives forever if he avoids life endangering situations. Which he doesn't, he seeks them out for the thrill. Because he's been living for thousands of years already. So he's just in the background of everything. Maybe start with the Captain America situation. And then just choose shit for yourself. I imagine he'd be besties with Loki or something. Like when the Avengers meet Loki for the first time he's there in the background enjoying watching the chaos that's happening. And like Loki finds him and asks what he's doing. And MC is surprised that the main villain at that time is paying attention to him. SO he just says he's enjoying the show. Maybe they somehow get to talk about age. Like Loki told him he's a god and MC asked Loki how old he is. Loki tells his age and asks MC for his age and MC says something like; 'I'm pretty young compared to you' and then proceeds to say a number in the thousands. Which surprises Loki. Of course even though MC is in the background in the beginning. Through Loki he gets attention. And like in some filler scenes he's jerking off to hot men. Maybe some sexy time scenes with other dude's. I imagine that MC is pretty buff and ofc dom.
