I went out and did my hero duties as usual.

Saving people's lives became second nature.

I've had to do it a little less than I did in my early years since I've become a teacher

My weekday schedule was to wake up, make breakfast, teach students at U.A., then go on patrol till dark.

But, after finishing up today's patrol, a blonde woman ran up to me, seeming panicked and emotionally unstable.

As the hero I am, I stayed to listen.

"Sho- Eraserhead!!" She said joyfully, out of breath.

"Yes that's me?" I tilted my head in confusion.

She seemed like she wanted to say something, but closed her mouth immediately and began crying.

"Miss, you okay?" I said, out of concern, like any person would be.

She nodded her head with a smile that confused me.

"Do you need a tissue?" I pulled one out of my pocket to offer.

"Yes" she said happily "Sorry, I've just been really excited to see you"

Me?

I'm one of the most unpopular heroes.

I'm not quite the flashy type.

This must be one of those crazy-obsessed fans.

"Sorry" she apologized with her head down "You don't remember, do you."

She had a bittersweet smile.

My heart dropped at the expression of this unknown woman.

"It's okay that you don't" she reassured "Just know that I was someone who loved you very much."

Before saying anything else, I asked out of instinct.

"Who are you?"

She turned with a hopeful expression.

"Aiko Fukuda. And you're Shota, Shota Aizawa."

"We must've been quite close for you to use my first name, Fukuda" I narrowed my eyes in suspicion.

"Yes, yes we were, Shota."

She gave a short laugh that sounded like music to my ears.

"Can I have a hug before I leave?" She said, voice cracking in tears.

This woman, whose eyes were as beautiful as the sunrise, was crying her heart out to me.

I have no clue what's happening.

Maybe I never will.

I just hugged this random woman who appeared to know me.

I began to pat her head in attempts to make her feel better in whatever's going on.

She froze as I pat her.

"Hey, I have to get going. I gotta get ready for a new class to teach tomorrow. The new U.A. school year will start soon." I said, accidentally revealing that I work at U.A.

Instead of commenting on it, she gave a knowing nod.

"Bye Sho!" She smiled in tears that felt more bitter than the joyful expression she tried to display.

That pet name gave me a short headache.

I reached my hand out in confusion, but she left before I could touch her.

I was an inch too late.

I wonder who she was.
