Finding Henry Stickmin (FHS)

The Scene slowly returns on a shot of what seems to be a hospital as a Blonde, Russian-Borne, Woman slowly walks into view of the camera. The Woman's Bio appears on the Screen as Time seems to pause. The Bio in Question Reads as Follows:
"Name: Dr. Vinschpinsilstein
Nickname: Dr. V.
Gender: Female
Age: Unknown
Social Occupation: Practitioner of cybernetic surgery.
Biography/Bio: A solo practitioner that specializes in cybernetic surgery. She travels the world in her boat, which doubles as her workstation."
Dr. V sighs as she sits down at her desk aboard her ship, rubbing her temples.
Dr. V: What I wouldn't Give to see those Damn Toppats pay.
Suddenly, Dr. V hears a splash coming from outside of her Boat, causing her to look up in shock, and flinch at the same time.
Dr. V: (Shocked and Confused) What the Блядь (Fuck) was that?!
Dr. V gets up and rushes to the balcony of her ship and looks out into the water, and sees a man, Henry Stickmin, wearing an old black jacket in the water, both motionless and Lifeless.
Dr. V: (Shocked, Concerned, and Worried) What the-? СВЯТАЯ БЛЯДЬ!!! (HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!)
Dr. V quicky, and immediately, begins strips completely naked; starting with her lab coat, blouse (and/or shirt), & bra; then her boots, her stockings; then her skirt, shorts, and panties; takes off her glasses, putting them aside; and leaps into the water, starting to swim towards the man.
Dr. V (In her Mind): It's at times like this where I'm glad that I was born in Russia.
Dr. V grabs Henry and slowly starts to swim back to her boat with him as she sees the Toppat Clan airship slowly flying away.
Dr. V: (Angry yet Calm) Я чертовски ненавижу этих чертовых идиотов в цилиндрах... (I fucking hate those mother-fucking idiots in top hats...)
Dr. V Recovers Henry's body and pulls him onto her boat and quickly places him into a medical bed. Dr. V then dries off, puts her clothes back on, and grabs a box of cybernetic parts and pieces before hooking the man up to life support.
Dr. V: Don't Worry, I'll save you sir; You're in good hands, I promise...
