The trucks drove for hours, inside every truck it was absolutely quiet.
"I am going to lose my shit. Are you guys really this quiet!" yelled Axel
Two little girls sat in the corner scared of Axel.
"Axel, we are in this truck with little kids and old people." Ocean whispered
"Hi, my name is Xander. What are your names?" Xander asked the girls
"Claire." one of the girls answered
"Lennox." the other added
"Nice to meet you, no need to be scared I promise I won't let anyone hurt you." smiled Xander
One of the boys started yawning, when he touched the side of the truck he accidentally punched a hole into it. Everyone in the truck looked at him.
"Oops." he said
"Did everyone in her discover they had a strange ability this morning?" Xander asked
"Yes." everyone replied
"We need to get out of here now." Xander informed
"Woah, who made you captain?" Axel asked
"What?" Xander questioned
"Never mind him, why don't you think we need to get out of here?" Ocean wondered
"Think about it, they said we have a deadly virus... if it was that deadly why would they come all the way over to our homes to get us and drive all the way back instead of bringing it to us? Also, how do multiple people have a virus if the virus can't be spread?" Xander noticed
Everyone began to murmur.
In the front of the truck...
"Dr. Randall, the subjects are catching on." one of the drivers informed
"Handle it, we are almost to the base." Randall replied over the earpiece
The driver flipped a switch and the back started to fill with gas.
"Everyone hold your breath!" Xander commanded
Everyone covered their mouths and noses.
"I'll have us out of here in no time." Xander added
Xander's hands turned Fuchsia and he touched the floor of the truck. The doors busted off the back of the truck. The truck came to a stop and the trucks behind it stopped looking to see what happened as the trunk in front kept driving.
"What the hell is going on?" Randall asked starring at the truck with no doors
The gas from the truck was pouring out the doors but no one was visible.
Suddenly, everyone jumped out of the back of the truck and began to run.
"Activate the Maxi prototypes." Randall instructed
Five metal briefcases shoot from under one of the trucks. For a few seconds, nothing happened, Xander and the others stopped and watched. The briefcases started to morph into these big robots.
"Oh shit!" Axel said in shock
"Axel you take Lennox, Claire, and the elderly people and keep running. The rest of you do what you can!" Xander demanded running towards the robots
"Your not the boss of me!" Axel yelled
One of the robots launched a missile at Axel and the others. Ocean expanded her hair and blocked the missile, it exploded.
"Get out of here!" yelled Ocean
Axel, Claire, Lennox, and the elderly people kept running.
Ocean and the boys caught up to Xander.
