|Eddies POV|

I've been looking for about an hour for Y/n his parents said he was with Robin but Robin said that he said he was with me so now no one knows where he is.

I stopped running for a moment as I hunched over panting slightly.

It had been raining for about 30 minutes already so where the hell is he?

I thought for a moment before I finally remembered.

I ran to where he hopefully was.

About 5 minutes later I got there and sure enough I could hear him.

This little shit was at his treehouse the whole time.

It was more like a safe space than anything to him, and was also almost in the middle of the forest.

I climbed up the ladder and the door had the sign 'do not enter'

I knocked softly on the door and heard him go quiet.

"Just go away." He said softly.

"It's me." I said hoping he'd let me in.

"You can stay I guess.." he mumbled as he opened the door.

I smiled and went in closing the door behind me as I sat in a beanbag next to him.

|Y/n's pov|

I took my headphones off my head and leaned my head against Eddie's shoulder.

I felt.. safer with him there.. it was weird if I'm being honest..

"So what's wrong sweetheart?" Eddie said as he put his arm around my waist pulling me close.

I just shrugged as I looked out the small window watching the rain.

"Just don't feel to good today." I mumbled.

It was silent for a minute before I finally spoke up "I'm sorry I can't be the real man you want."

He looked at me a bit stunned "What do you mean? You are a real man, I mean sure you might of been born different but that doesn't make you any less of a man, and you know what? Your the only man that I would ever want."

I smiled softly and nodded as I turned and hugged him

"You always make me feel better."

"Well that's my job." He said giving a toothy grin.

He placed a kiss on my forehead and smiled.

"You'll always be my prince." He murmured

"Also how has this place not collapsed yet you've had it since we were kids."

I chuckled "Because im the captain and your my deputy."

He just laughed and leaned down pressing his lips against mine.

We stayed like that for a minute before we pulled away for air.

"I love you my prince."

"I love you too freak."
