Chapter 4

Chase: "who in their right mind would love me?
Definitely not Marshall he's so different from me
He's this happy go lucky pup who's a little clumsy at times and is so cute and handsome with the prettiest eyes I have ever seen. Then I'm this sad, lonely and serious pup. He is the only one I'll ever love."

Milo: "oh ok what makes you think he doesn't like you back? because from what you've told me it sounds like he supports you."

Chase: "as a friend. Back when we were pups I tried asking him out. It didn't go too well. For months he stopped being friends with me until the day he hit his head out on a mission and lost some of his memories. He got most of them back except for one of me asking him out. anyway I'm not staying here any longer."

Milo: "ok I can't make you stay but please don't kill your self and if not for your sake do it for Marshall's think about how he's going to feel once your dead."

Chase: "your right I should think of how Marshall will feel thanks."

Milo: "your welcome."

Chase: "bye."

Milo: "bye."

Chase goes off towards town

2 hours later

Chase: sigh "well I guess this is your life now chase
Forever alone."

Chase goes into the same alley as before
And curlers up

A few hours later Chase hears Marshall yelling

Marshall: "CHASE! CHASE! WHERE ARE YOU?"

Ryder: "Marshall you've been searching for hours it's time to stop."

Marshall: "no no I refuse I'll die before I believe chase is really gone!"

Ryder: "Fine, just be back before dark."

Marshall: "ok."

Ryder leaves and Chase sits and watches Marshall
This goes on for weeks until one day marshall feels someone watching him and really quickly whips around just in time to see chase dart behind a wall

Marshall: "CHASE!"

Marshall runs up to chase and hugs him

Chase: "hey Marshall."

Marshall: "I've got to call Ryder."

Chase: "no don't."

Marshall: "huh why?"

Chase: "Marshall Ryder took me off all missions
indefinitely I don't have any reason to come back."

Marshall: "But what about me?"

Chase: "Marshall you are my best friend, your like a brother to me, and the love of my life
But i know you don't love me back who would
I'm a freak."

Chase starts crying

Chase: "I'm a freak!"

Marshall: "chase you are not a freak!"

Chase: "yes I a!"

Marshall grabs chase head and pulls him into a deep passionate kiss before he can finish his sentence

10 seconds later Marshall let's go of the kiss

Chase: "huh huh m m Marshall did you? Does this mean?"

Marshall: "yes chase I love you back!"

Marshall hugs chase again

Chase: "sniff I love you Marshall."

Marshall: "I love you too now will you please come back."

Chase: "I'll come back for you but it's not like I'm getting my job back or my pup house."

Marshall: "it's ok chase you can live with me."

Chase: "but there won't be enough space for me, you and my abdl stuff?"

Marshall: "Ryder can probably build me and you a room in the lookout."

Chase: "ok."
