A painting hung above an antique fire place. The painting was professionally painted with clear, defined detail.

It was held with in a gold, pristine frame. Not a spec of drust was seen.

A perfect family is what the painting pictated.

Well that's what everyone would think..

The 'perfect' family consisted of 5 people.

A drunk

A drugy

A brat

An abuser

A victim.

The drunk was a woman.

She seemed so elegant.

So beautiful.

So ethereal.

Yet

You couldn't be more wrong

She wore a magnificent velvet dress that hugged her perfect body in all the right ways, matching Black gloves lay in her hands.

Her dark, shining hair was tied into a bun exposing her neck filled with gold and jewellery, sparkling in the light.

A small, warm, motherly smile and soft, sky blue eye adorn the face of the hypnotising woman.

Yet... It was all a discuise..

The woman couldnt stop

Its such a pity

Thinking alcohol and meaningless s#x can fill her empty heart..

Slightly in front and to the woman's right stood a boy, slightly shorter then her.

That was, the druggy

The boy was a fine young man aged 19.

He wore black suit with a bow tie, not a crinkle in sight.

He had not a single imperfection.

His grey eyes held no emotion. His lips tugged in a straight line upon his face.
Despite the lack of emotion, he looked stoic.

However, what the painter failed to capture was the slight blood shot eyes, diluted pupils and the horrific smell of illegal substances lingering on his person..

In the middle of the painting stood a blond haired, blue eyed little girl, who wore a detailed red frilly dress and had more makeup then any 7 year old should ever have.
She held an innocent smile in the painting yet she was anything but.

She used her perfectly innocent looks to get what she wanted
No

Matter

What

She also abused the emotional state of her mother and un caring attitude of her farther to get anything.

She would use any means necessary to get her way.

To the left of the woman mentioned before, stood a tall, well built man in his mid 40s but you wouldn't have guessed that since he held such a deceiving young look. To go with the carm he held, he wore black suit trousers(pants) and a shirt with a tight detailed red vest matching the red of the rest of the family.

That was the abuser

He was a beautiful man yet his devilish charm and playful attitude to others was to mask the

Anger

The imperfections

The Malipuative behaviour

The heartless acts he preforms behind closed curtains.

Though

Every abuser is called and abuser for a reason

Every abuser has a victim

That's who the 5th person is

They stood in front of the horrid man

In the painting they are putting on a simple yet warm smile with entrancing e/c eyes and h/c hair wearing a red and black suit/dress

They were beautiful

But

Those eyes held fear

They held displeasure

They held

Pain

But who would know that?

Its not like anyone knew that

No..

To the common

Tis but a perfect family

Not like they had much of a choice in the matter anyway...

But yes

They sure were

Perfect
:)
