It's been a very busy week for Irene and for her company. The exportation of their newly launched products will be starting next week. Irene, being the CEO of the company, has a lot to do in terms of checking and monitoring the production since she want to make sure that everything is all good.

"Jane! How's the production going?" She asked her executive assistant.

"It's all good Ma'am, nothing to worry about. Our employee's works well and fast. Infact, we're about to reach the estimated quantity of production in two days. Here are some newly submitted reports po coming from the production." Jane uttered as she passes the folder to her boss which contains the reports submitted by the employee's.

"Hay, simple things like this makes me so happy, Jane." Irene uttered as she was obviously amazed by the smooth progress of her company.

"Yes, Ma'am. And you deserve that happiness po. I saw how you really worked hard for this one, and I just knew from the very beginning that this will be a great success. Knowing you Ma'am, nako eh ang tinik niyo sa negosyo eh. How to be you po ba?" Jane chuckled at her boss.

"You know Jane, no one can be like me. And just like everyone, I can't be them too. Always remember this, do not ever try to copy others way of getting their success. Try to find things out by yourself. Know first where your heart truly belongs, does it belong to business industry? medical field? something related to the government? You need to figure things out by yourself, don't be afraid to take risks. How could anyone win if in the very first place, they didn't even take a single step towards their dream. " She uttered.

"If you think that you're not growing as a person, then try to move out from your comfort zone. It might be hard at first, but it's all worth it. If you think that you need to move to a different city or country just to find growth, then dear, go ahead. Don't be afraid to take risks. Be a warrior of your life, for life doesn't just consist happiness, sometimes you need to undergo some process that might give you reasons to just give everything up and let that wreck your life. But dear, faith is just preparing you for the bigger world." She uttered as she removes her eye glasses and placed it on the table.

"Expect to experience lots of hardships in order to reach your dreams. Don't be afraid by the idea of 'failure' when it's the very best mentor/teacher that could help you avoid the things that might burn you in the same flame again. Take every mistakes and failures as a lesson and not a burden to carry for a lifetime. And in that way, it will be easier for you to do everything according to your plans, because you are learning as you walk one step closer to your dream." She said and leaned her back on her swivel chair.

Jane seemed to be dumbfounded by the words of her boss, so she was just like standing infront of her, eye's wide open and couldn't even blink. Not until her boss clicked her fingers right infront of her face.

"Ay! Sorry Ma'am. Jusko nadala ako masyado sa mga sinabi mo. Ang dami kase eh, based on your experience po ba Ma'am?" She asked again just after asking for apology.

"Of course! I wouldn't be sharing that all, if I myself didn't get to experience that kind of situations. " Irene chuckled.

"Anyways, I want you to check on the marketing department if they're also doing well. I want you to submit some reports by tonight, send it through email." Irene uttered.

"Yes po Ma'am. I'll do it right a way, and expect the reports by 7:00 or 8:00." Jane uttered maybe trying to impress her boss.

"Alright Jane, you may leave my office now." She said and smiled at her assistant as she raised her hand midhigh, pointing the door, which indicates that her assistant may leave now.

She sighed when her assistant went out of her office and she was left all alone there.

"Hay, kapagod." She yawned. Exhaustion is visibly seen in her face.
