Jimin's POV

I picked up chaeyoung from the cold floor she too was so hot. I was patting her face slightly expecting she would wake up but no response. I closely analyzed her features. Her face was pale and white. She was looking weak physically and scarcely thinner than before I was horrified how come I couldn't notice this? I picked her up bridal style and took her upstairs to her bedroom and carefully placed her tender body on the smooth mattress. Not gonna lie I was terrified and anxious as hell. I decided to call Jin hyung as he is a doctor.

After sometimes Jin hyung came to check on her. After the check-up,

" She is very weak I think she didn't eat anything in a while Jimin ." Jin hyung said.

"I am not sure hyung but I also think she didn't have anything," I said.

"You need to take more consideration of her. She has a fever. I have prescribed the medicines to make sure to give her on time if she is burning. And yeah, she would wake up after some time on her own "

"Ok Hyung, noted I'll try to take more care of her," I said and he left

I don't know why but I was feeling concerned about her. I know I shouldn't but I couldn't help it. I was getting worried seeing her like this. If my parents see her like this, they would not spare me.

I brought some cold water and a piece of handkerchief and place them on her forehead so that her temperature might diminish. In the meantime, I placed a thermometer in her mouth to check the temperature. As she had a fever so I gave her some paracetamol, I even kept a water bottle near her she might need to drink water after she regains consciousness. Then, I went outside to bring some food for her.

I went to the diner and brought some chicken soup, yogurt, and fish for her so that she might get better. When I returned, she was still unconscious. I was getting apprehensive as hell now but still, I lingered patiently for her to regain her consciousness. I should have taken notice of her appetite.

After sometime:

I was sitting near her when I heard her groaning indicating she was waking up. I instantly moved toward her and asked her how she was feeling. She was surprised at first but then responded she was better I immediately headed towards the kitchen to get the soup for her.

"Come on, have this soup. You need to get better." I said after taking a spoonful of it and blowing on it. She took the spoon from my hand and said

"I can do it myself. Thank you."

Chae young's POV

I was surprised to witness a different jimin. I was still feeling weak and after scanning him doing everything for me I was flattered at first but then I remembered his words " You are just a maid."

I just remembered I should stay within my limits. I couldn't process why he was doing this for me. I don't want to eradicate his relationship with Seulgi. He should not do this. This is wrong. We shouldn't be like this. I decided to shrug off all those feelings and just had my soup.

"I can do it on myself. Thank you."

I quietly had my soup no doubt it was soo exemplary. I would be lying if I say I was happy to see this side of him. I never knew he had it. Well, we never get to know each other. We were never close. He was just sitting and watching me. Which I felt a bit awkward about. I just ignored it. After a while, he stood up and said

" Tell me if you require anything else. I will get it for you."

" No need. I am sure I can handle it." I said.

"Ok then it is late I am proceeding to sleep. Take care." He said

I just nodded and he left. After he vacated, I sighed. Well, he was looking cute while he was tense for me. I shouldn't get any sentiments related to this he already has a girlfriend. He might be doing everything for me out of sympathy. He doesn't feel anything toward me, right?

Jimin's POV

I went to my room to sleep. I lay down and unknowingly commenced thinking about Chae-young. I don't know but I felt something different toward her which encouraged me to take care of her. I don't know why I looked after her. Do I like her? Of course, no I have a girlfriend and I love her I was just assisting chaeyoung nothing more. After shrugging off my thoughts I shut my eyes and drifted to my Dreamland.
