"This is one of the happiest moments of my life!" said Trixie, smiling and fluttering her eyelashes at Mike, my best friend since kindergarten.

Mike had shown equal or more enthusiasm throughout his date with Trixie, and every so often, I would snap pictures of them, perfect material to use against them later on, mainly because they thought it was a secret. However, Mike had been overly jittery the night before, and it didn't take a genius to know that Trixie had asked him out.

It was also kind of nice, considering Mike finally knew how I felt in terms with Erica, even though she didn't like me as much.

I finally took my attention off of the lovebirds when I noticed a small, barely perceivable dot in the newspaper of the person sitting next to Mike and Trixie.

"A camera", I whispered thoughtfully, "Must be Erica."

My period of thought was interrupted when I heard some rustling in the bushes next to me. On guard, I took out my swiss army knife I kept on me, and tore through the leaves as quietly as I could.

To my partial surprise, it was Zoe Zibbell, another fellow spy at the Academy of Espionage.

"What are you doing here?", I whispered.

"What does it look like I'm doing?", Zoe replied in an "it should be obvious" tone.

"That makes three of us." I said with a sigh.

"Three of us?",  asked Zoe, confused. "But it's only you and me."

I gestured towards Erica, whose face was covered by the newspaper.

"That's Erica."

"How do you know that?" asked Zoe, once again confused. "You can't even see the person's face from here."

"There's a very small dot in the middle of the newspaper, which is probably a camera."

"Nice deduction", a cold voice said from behind us.

Erica Hale stood behind both of us.

"How did you come you're over here?" asked Zoe. "We saw you at the table just a second ago."

"I have my ways." replied Erica coolly. "And you better be quiet, otherwise Trixie and Mike will find out that we've been snooping around"

Our conversation was interrupted by a familiar app notification on all of our phones, including Trixie and Mike's. Almost like an Amber Alert, but a few notes higher. It could only mean one thing.

Mission time.
