"Bona, how's Y/N doing? Tell her that she needs to visit me.." her grandma giggles, "That's right, she needs to visit us." her grandpa added with a smile on his face. "I'll tell her, don't worry." Bona replied in a happy tone.

While Y/N is taking a rest, her mom arrived with baskets of fruits and immediately sat beside her. She took her daughter's hand and held it tightly, "Mom, what brings you here?" Y/N asks, slowly opening her eyes.
"How can you not inform me about it? I heard about what Dr. Jeon and Manager Park are talking about. Like your dad..." Y/N's mom can't help to cry, knowing that her daughter is now battling with cancer.
"I'm going to tell you about it, I just need time to process it. I don't want to die yet, mom. I'm scared..." the latter explained, tears falling from her eyes. Her mom hugged her tightly and gently brushes her hair.
"Don't worry, we'll do anything."

Y/N greets her employees with a smile, Bona immediately made her way next to the young CEO. She is baffled to see the Y/N closing her fists tightly, she held Y/N's hand to ease her feelings, not knowing what is happening to the young CEO.

Y/N brought Bona to the rooftop, prepared a simple surprise for her girl. The latter wants to spend most of her time with Bona so she tries her best to hide the pain she is feeling. Bona notices that Y/N seems to have a hard time.
"Do you have menstrual cramps? It's still early for your monthly period though..." Bona asks, "N-No. Don't mind me. J-Just watch the movie. It's my favorite." Y/N puts up a smile on her face, still trying her best to control the pain.
"You can't fool me, Y/N. You are not okay.." Bona worriedly states, calls Manager Park for help.
Few minutes later, Manager Park arrived, whispered to Y/N, "Do you want to go to the hospital?", the latter shakes her head, "Bring me to the clinic only, don't let Bona inside." They brought Y/N downstairs, entered the clinic, "Please wait here." Manager Park said as she assists Y/N inside.

"What's wrong, Ms. Choi?" the doctor asked, "My s-stomach aches s-so bad.." Y/N utters, "Do you want us to bring you to Dr. Jeon?" she asked, "No." the latter replied.
"Just give me a pain reliever..." Y/N stated, pressing her stomach hard. Manager Park can't take what he's seeing so he called for Mrs. Choi. Moments later, Mrs. Choi arrived, immediately went beside Y/N's side.
"W-What are y-you doing here, Mom?" Y/N asks before passing out, "Y/N! Wake up!" Mrs. Choi exclaimed. Bona knocks on the door, wanting to know what is happening to Y/N.
"What happened to her?" Bona exclaimed from outside, "Don't let her in, no matter what happen." Mrs. Choi orders Manager Park, he nodded.
"What are you hiding, Y/N!?" Bona cries out, wanting to know what is happening to her girl.
