Ever since that day Yashiro wasn't able to meet Hanako because she had to get things planned for her wedding day. In response to Yashiro's plans, Hanako made his own plans with Tsukasa to crash it. What Tsukasa thought was if she was gathering supplies, then they should destroy those supplies. But Hanako disagreed. For the rest of the day both Yashiro and Hanako got the things they needed.
Later that evening Hanako had sent a letter to Yashiro. When Yashiro read the letter she was happy to hear from Hanako, after having a bad day dealing with her father; Tsuchigomoi, about her wedding and meeting Teru Minamoto, who tried to leave a mark on her fair skin, as well as going shopping for her dress, party supplies, and overall dealing with a bunch of bullshit. So reading Hanako's letter was the last thing she expected but it did put a smile on her carefree face.
Meanwhile downstairs Tsuchigomoi was talking to Yako about their daughter's behavior. "I'm just saying Yako, it's not normal for a girl like her to reject her fiancé." Tsuchigomoi said to Yako.
"Dear don't you think that maybe she isn't interested in Teru. Sure he's a good looking guy, and girls would love to marry him, but I don't think he's Yashiro's type dear." Yako responded to him.
They both came to the decision that they would agree to disagree. And that Yashiro marrying Teru was final, but Tsukasa was there listening to everything. When he told Hanako that Yashiro got his letter, Hanako felt a sense of pride, but that pride quickly turned to anger.
When hearing that Tsuchigomoi would still force Yashiro to marry this Teru guy he felt as if he was ready to kill someone. Lucky Tsukasa was there to stop Hanako. After all it's like what Hanako said: we can't make any rash decisions.
Hanako calmed himself down, and went to bed. With day 1 completed Hanako and Yashiro we're determined to be with each other no matter the cost they both have to pay in the end.
